Awful customer service at the front desk. Said I needed a voided check to cancel my auto pay on my truck payment. Which is not true. Then said I needed a voided check to enroll from my new bank. Also not true. Spoke to a kemba representative on the phone who got me the direct transfer ach cancellation form and also told me I can enroll my new bank to auto pay online. You would think the bank teller should be able to do all of this for me. Very disappointing. I’d give no stars to this location if I could

I never give 1 star reviews.. but, this Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm livid.. They are witholding my own direct deposits from another bank. I was having issues with My card and was showing the available funds wasn't matching the balance. Turns out deposits are being withheld.. which has never happened before. I found out kemba is Purposefully withholding my own funds now. I've been a customer for about 10 years. They are claiming I have had recent checks returned. I Understand there was a period this did happen. but that doesn't give them now a right to withhold my own direct deposit funds (multiple checks) with an account that is sufficient. I will be withdrawing everything and canceling all accounts after this situation.**Update** after waiting on hold for resolution (1st customer service rep was helpful/ pleasant.) I asked that they just call me back. But, when the manager, "karen" (literally her name) returned my call, to explain why they were withholding funds, she was rude. So I was rude back.. After stating my displeasure they finally are releasing available funds. But, I will no longer be a customer of this bank after this experience. Don't be holding peoples own money as ransom.. I had to find out on my own when my card stopped working and was showing a negative balance when there was over 3k showing as a balance I couldn't get access to.

Worst credit union for not being able to answer their phones. I’ve been dealing with a refund issue for over a month and a half and not only do I keep being pushed onto Departments that won’t/can’t help me but it takes 30-40 each time I call in to reach a live person. This is unacceptable.

At one time, I had a car loan with Kemba Credit Union in Blue Ash, then started an HSA with them.YES, I WOULD recommend them.Kemba may be hard to find, but as long as you can find the Kroger building, you CAN find Kemba.Kemba has their own entrance, unlike in the very beginning when I started with them.

My husband went in today on his way to go to work, he needed to make a deposit. There were 3 people in the Lobby that were supposed to be working. NO ONE would acknowledge him being there! He waited at least 5 minutes and no one said anything to him! It is time for a new credit union!!!!

The customer representative was rude. They force you to pay with a coupon system rather than sending a bill like every other company. Their hope is you don't get a bill every month and forget to pay insuring late fees. If you pay online they charge you a fee unless you give them your bank account info which im not about to do. Very shady company and I cant wait to get rid of them

Needs More Customer Service Reps! My only complaint is how long it takes on the phone when you call. I don't think I have ever waited under 10 minutes to speak to someone and the automatic call back they offer never seems to call me back. Very frustrating. Great credit union, they just need to hire more CSRs and maybe try to have 24 hour a day reps for issues as well. I know it's a smaller institution but I dread whenever I have to call about something because its not a fast nor easy process.

Over 40 years as a customer. Love the personal attention of a credit union. This small branch is the best of them all.
