Joe Brown is the third State Farm agent I have worked with; in two weeks my claim will be at 5 months. This is completely unacceptable; I had a tree fall on my property and put a hole in my roof. I don't understand why State Farm will not resolve my claim. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from you. You haven't responded to my email or called me. Karl Hoalst

Joe Brown has been my agent for a long time. I wouldn't trust any other insurance company or agent like I do Joe Brown. Especially his customer service representatives like Marqueta who is a reassuring voice at all times or Lisa and Ann who are beyond friendly. They absolutely go above and beyond what I believe most agents would do. If I need insurance, I call Joe Brown.
