Great family organization. Everything smooth and orderly from first contact to final cleanup and departure. Great people to do business with. Communicated at all times during the design and construction process. Everyone professional, proactive and great to deal with.Construction crew very professional and perfections treated our deck like it was attached to their home. Checked double and triple checked all measurements, square and level. Result a perfect end product. Any and all of the Holmes team welcome at our home.Could not be happier. New deck and pergola built by Holmes Custom Renovations. It is even better than what we were expecting. Holmes workers and foreman did an absolutely beautiful job. They took their time, never rushed any aspect of the job and the result is fantastic. Their craftsmanship and attention to details is exceptional and refreshing nowadays. Their salesman Noah promised us we would be happy with the result and we absolutely are. Highly recommend Homes Custom Renovations for your next project.

The project managers, Summer and Dave, have technical construction knowledge as well as interpersonal skills. This is a unique combination which enables them to be very effective on the job site. We choose Holmes because of their attention to detail in both the estimate and during the installation.

Noah, Ian, Jarod & Richard (and Adriana) were a delight to work with! From the initial visit & subsequent phone calls - Noah was extremely helpful, responsive & flexible with our questions & changes - including several on-site visits. Ian was also instrumental in helping us finalize our design - even if it cost less than originally planned (but still provided fabulous results) . Ian also made several trips out during construction to ensure all of our concerns were addressed - including providing several options for us to consider. We can't say enough about the amazing craftsmanship of our two carpenters Jarod & Richard - these guys were amazing. Not only bending backwards to go above & beyond every day - but also putting up with our daily "oversight", special requests & list of questions. We had considered doing some of the work ourselves, but when we saw these guys in action - there was no question they were skilled professionals & would do a MUCH BETTER job than we ever could. We can't forget Adriana ... she was very happy to take our payments :) & was also very patient with our questions & responsive too. VERY PLEASED with the final result - what a stunning addition to our home that will last a lifetime!! We did a lot of research before selecting HOLMES, but we are SO HAPPY that we did - THANKS AGAIN TEAM!!Services: Deck construction

Holmes Construction replaced our deck and repaired some exterior wood around our home. We could not have asked for better from the staff or the workers. Everything was finished on time, with high quality and in a very professional manner (which was very important to us). And they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. We can highly recommend Holmes for your home project.

They were responsive when I requested a quote to come out and replace my siding, gutters, windows, gazebo, and trim work. I was so excited - they seemed to have their act together and had decent reviews. I wasn't too impressed with the first impression their representative made when he arrived to my home. 1. He was 20 minutes late with no communication to let us know he was running late and when I texted him, no response, 2. He parked in my driveway (while it not a concern of mine too much-I have worked in the service industry for many years and it's just something you do not do out of respect to the homeowner, 3. He walked through my yard to get to my front door from the driveway, 4. He did not introduce himself, I had to ask his name. 5. No management of expectations for today's meeting (lots of awkward silence). I know this seems petty and small, but first impressions in any service industry is vital to building your business and brand. He did not bring any siding or gutter samples. There were no brochures or materials to provide me. I began telling him what I needed done and he continued to tell me that they don't do this or that, they don't paint trim or window frames, all they do it install siding. When i expressed my interest in getting a quote I provided a list of items I needed done and they didn't inform me that they could not or would not do it. Waste of time. I'm sure they do sufficient work, but I will not use them.
