First the lobby has a very strong musty smell that I noticed for the 3 days I stayed.
I came into town hoping for early check in since I was able to check in and pick my rooms on the app. I called ahead of time and ask for early check in the clerk said check with them once I make it to the hotel, I arrive at the hotel and ask for early check in and the clerk says it’s a $25 fee for early check in. I’ve stayed at multiple Hilton hotels and never have I been told that, I’m fine if the room isn’t ready but to charge an extra $25 is crazy.
And the hotel is outdated old tvs and not enough places to plug in my devices.
Did I mention the Lobby is very musty.
Rooms: Needs to be updated tvs and charging outlets closer to the bed on both sides.

The public areas of the hotel were nice and the beds were comfortable. The bedding was dated and the whole place was full of allergens. The lobby was filled with strong fragrance, the towels were washed with something that my face is still working in calming down from and there was a lot of down in the room. My lungs were extremely angry. As soon as I dried myself off I knew there was fragrance in the detergent because my skin started burning. The young men running the hotel were very nice, but their penchant for fragrance does not work for those of us with autoimmune conditions!

Rooms: I stayed with my friend who rented the room. Room was smelling bad due to old carpet and being dirty. Hotel looks great as you enter, lobby good looking but hotel needs to improve rooms big time. Breakfast was warm and service at breakfast was also great.

The beginning of our stay was a little rocky with reservation mix ups but the staff was apologetic enough. There is an issue with the key cards at this hotel. Needs to be addressed by management. The front desk staff needs some training.
The highlight of our stay was the bartender, Theresa. She showed us nothing short of excellent service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience to make up for our troubles when she didn't even cause them. I greatly appreciate her and the kitchen staff being so accommodating.

Mediocre experience at best. Pictures on website not accurate. Keys not programmed for pool. Guests locked out of pool. Once in pool area not heated. Shower water pressure was terrible. Comforter dirty. Air conditioner very loud and leaking causing carpet to be wet.

The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfy. The ac does work excellent. It’s a bit loud but so is every ac known to man, let’s be real? the staff is very polite and I will never go to another hotel because whenever I do I am disappointed. I’m never disappointed with the Hilton???

Great experience. Hotel staff is very polite. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Justified its name.
