“If you are searching for an honest and fair mechanic who does fantastic work at a great price then look no further than Rob at Blue Ash Shell! He truly goes above and beyond in taking care of our vehicles.Multiple times now I’ve dropped off my car and a pile of new parts that I guessed would fix the problem and each time he has only done what was necessary, returning unneeded new parts back to me (instead of just going along and doing needless work). He has also charged me basically nothing for a brake job ($60) because I had it in 5 months previously and there was something wrong with my car causing it to burn the outside pad of one wheel - his quote “it wasn’t our fault but it wasn’t your fault either so we’ll take care of you”.Seriously go here for all your mechanic needs, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks, Rob!”

“Every lady of the morning is always so friendly and welcoming. I want to mention Mary though. She smiles and makes you feel welcome no matter how early. She is great customer service and I appreciate that!”

“The owner has always been a real nice guy. The other employees have all been really nice as well, making a point to try to make pleasant conversation. They have a good selection of tobacco/nicotine products. The gas prices do tend to be a little higher, but their location makes it understandable, as it is the 1st gas station immediately off the exit, and the only one within eyeshot off the exit. The employees will gladly provide the bathroom code when asked, given you're a paying customer, just like 90% of gas stations out there. The only downside, which is no fault of BP or this store's ownership/management, is that it is sandwiched between a dodgy motel and an apartment complex that provide some less-than-desirable patrons.”

“PSA: if the pump indicates to pay inside (usually because the card is declining or something was entered wrong, pin code, zip code) you can pay with cash or card. You can estimate how much gas is needed to fill up, however if you over estimate you can come back in and retrieve your cash or get an updated receipt. The amount pumped is what you will be charged not the amount of the pre pay. I.e. Prepay $40 but only pump $32 your card will only be charged the $32 once the transaction is completed and not pending. Hope this helps those who aren't aware.”
