After years of foot issues and spending a small fortune trying different shoes, I went to Fleet Feet and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Braulio assisted me and I could not be more pleased with my experience! He was understanding of my current state and goals and took the time to find the perfect fit for me. I would recommend anyone in the area to stop by and you will be as happy as I am!

I took my sister here recently to get a new pair of walking shoes. She is disabled, uses a walker and has been wearing slippers most of the time. A young man named Alex waited on us. He was very patient and made a good recommendation of a Brooks shoe for her. He also fitted her with an orthotic insert. These shoes have made a tremendous difference in her ability to walk and stand. I normally use a wheelchair when I take her to her doctor appointment. Last week, she said, "Forget the wheelchair. I'll walk." And she did with no issue. Thank you, Alex and Fleet Feet!

The salesman that helped us fit my daughter was amazing. She has flat feet and that’s why we look for a good fitting supportive shoe. We always have an amazing experience here but this time was exceptional!

Every year we come to this store after our USA swim meet in between the prelims and finals. The service is amazing. They really are concerned with your running and health on a personal level. We even discovered what the heel catch tie was and will never forget it due to the bunny story. Our customer rep. really asked in depth questions to get a feel for how my daughter runs for XC, hence why we always come here.

When a local race has their packet pickup at your store, it is a wonderful opportunity to get new customers that you know are joggers.
Clearly the older employee with grey hair and glasses doesn’t understand that. I went in to pick up a race packet at 3:30pm because the email confirmation I received stated pick up would be from 10-4. A polite young man told me he thought the race people had already left but he would check. He came back to tell me they had indeed left. I said “that is weird, they said we could come until 4.” He apologized and that should have been the end of it.
But the older employee who was helping a customer, said “3pm is posted, not 4”. I walked out confused both by his tone and the time confusion. So I opened the email to check and it definitely said 10-4. I went back in to show him the email really on principle because the man was making me out to be in the wrong. When I showed him the email he said “I see that, but the website says 3, so you should have looked at that. I don’t care what your email says.” Flat out rude and hateful.
I rarely get upset, in fact when we left, my 13 year old asked what happened and said “I’ve never heard you speak to anyone like that”.
There was a younger female who apologized and said they must be coming back because all of the race stuff was left there.
Shout out to the younger staff who were polite and respectful. The older employee set a horrible example of how to treat people. What a shame. I can’t imagine the other customers were impressed by the way he insisted on trying to prove me wrong.

This place is amazing! I was recommended by my podiatrist to help find more stable shoes and Chris helped me out taking his time to give me lots of options taking into account my preferences and measurements talking me through the features of each shoe and why he picked it comparing it to what I liked about the other ones I tried on. I would recommend this place over and over for their personalized approach and caring staff!

I have been having some ankle problems with the running shoes I have been wearing. I came in looking for better support and I got great service and was able to purchase running shoes. They gave me the stability I was looking for. I could not make up my mind between the two Brooks products so I bought both!
