I walked in to pick up my prepaid print order at 5:59 and was told "we close at 6. You cannot have it today." Amazing customer service. I'll keep that in mind for my future business.

Total j*** working here the night of October 20, 2019. Rude, argumentative, condescending. Older guy with grey hair and glasses. Never ran into this in a Fedex before... nobody else in there- probably staying away to avoid this ahole
