The staff at Don’s Auto were so wonderful from the moment I called in with my issue to the moment they pulled my car up for me to pick it up! They were so knowledgeable, fair, professional, and caring and went out of their way to make sure I understood what the issue was and what it would take to fix it. Loved their excellent communication through text message and the app they use to show and explain exactly what the issues are. I trust them to give me excellent service and fair pricing and will always use them in the future!

Great experience. As a woman, most car places don’t listen to me and make me feel uncomfortable but this was a much different experience. Finished well before estimated time. Was a little on the expensive side compared to other shops but understandable as it’s a smaller family owned shop.
