very good. not cheapest but top notch service and they actually fix what the hell they are paid to fix, and they provide documentation that justifies any surprises, and we all know how fun surprises are when your auto is involved. very friendly too

Donovan was a five star experience! Within minutes, they had already assessed my vehicle and given me print of two options for me to consider. I was able to drop the car off the next morning and it was done that afternoon. I’m a huge fan!

Replaced a bad power steering pump and line. There appeared to still be some fluid leaking after getting it back. On checking into it found fluid had gotten onto the wheel well cover. A minor cleaning took care of it all and now the car runs great and is leak free. Took care of the issue and did not try to up sell on any other services, sincerely appreciated.

HIGHLY recommend this auto shop! My parents have known Chris a very long time and decided to introduce me for my breaks. Not only did they get my work completed the same day as dropping off, but it was also VERY affordable.. especially for a single mother like myself. Donovan's Auto center is trustworthy, friendly and compassionate..
Btw, ppl who leave reviews either really enjoyed a business service or really disliked it ..I'm taking time out my day to explain how much I appreciate this shop, so trust me when I saw you will be very PLEASED with their services!

The experience was good, although I was told no guarantees in me getting back the vehicle the same day, I got it back. I was offered a ride back home after I left my van, and was even offered to be picked up whenever the vehicle was ready. I was really impressed with the service. Keep up the good work ?
