“My interaction with Superior Credit Union - University was outstanding. I actually stopped to make a quick withdrawal and ended up staying there over an hour updating my accounts. It all started because of the unsolicited but gladly received education on account options from the teller, a very pleasant and zealous young lady, assisting me. My education started with her at drive through teller (I never got her name but my transaction receipt says this 0481 at 1:55pm). First she took care of my pressing business. She was spot on! My education continued after my transaction was ended with Mr. Lee Pennekamp and Mr. Samuel Young. They finished my education and got me through the account upgrades. The education was so good that I spent more time talking with Mr. Pennekamp and Mr. Young. Upon arrival home I explained it to my lovely wife what I had done and she was glad to hear how Superior was looking out for us versus the treatment we’ve gotten from Banks. Thank you.”

“JUNE 24THMy business RW MECHANICAL AND MAINTENANCE was given a check by a client made out to an AuroGroup account.I visited this location which currently is only providing drive thru service.I did not have an account so I figured I'd have to pay a fee.The Lady was very helpful and stated there would be a $5 fee to cash the check.I agreed and she cashed the check, had me sign a receipt and wish me a great day!ThanksToday I visited the Hamilton branch with the EXACT SAME scenario..I'll be posting my what seems to be a discriminatory experience I had on there Google review page.”
“I've been a member for decades - when they were just the Christ Hospital Credit Union. I have been in the office when they were slammed with lunch rush or early morning during shift change. They may look anxious and worn at those times, but they are quite professional in their dealing with us. I don't know where the bad reviewer was when they had such poor customer service! THEY probably got off on the wrong side of the bed that morning! Everyone has been very nice to me, if they can't answer a question, they refer me to someone who will know my answers or work through the issue with me later.”

“I have been a Cinfed member since 1989. Over the years they have come through for me in more ways than I can count. I was a single mom and had some struggles early on. Cinfed was there. My son and now my grandchild have accounts based on my recommendations. I worked for two major banks in the city but my personal account has been with Cinfed.”
“Been banking with them for years. They gave me an account when no one else would and for that they will always have my loyalty. I do wish they would install an ATM that will take deposits. They did at one time and now they don’t. Cannot make a deposit unless the bank is open and that can be inconvenient.”

“I received 2 checks in the mail the day before the grand opening of the #ontherhinekroger. Needing to deposit them gave me excuse to go to the Kemba on Central Parkway and be there for the Kroger store's grand opening. The street entrance for this branch of Kemba in the Kroger building is near the corner on Central Parkway. I found the outside door requires a little extra effort to pull open. This leads you into a short hallway and a second door that takes you to the lobby of Kemba. I saw 2 tellers on duty and one employee in an office. The branch was not busy this morning. After a friendly greeting I was able to walk right up to the counter. Upon signing the checks the money was put into my account in about a minute and I was walking out with my receipt. The lobby here is neat and organized with the teller counter in front of you, the offices in the rear and the information desk on your left. “This place doesn't look like much from the outside. In fact, it doesn't even look like it's open for business. But go inside and you'll find helpful, friendly people with lending products/services that a lot of other banks won't bother to have. This is a banking alternative to people who are tired of the corporate machine.”

Anything I've needed, personal loans, car loans or low rate credit card Cinfed has provided. They have always been there when I was in need. Most my family have become members over the years. I think the credit union is excellent.”

The only times I've waited longer than usual is when customers are having an issue or doing multiple transactions which must be resolved before the next customer can be assisted. They've been great with loans, correcting any issues, shared banking, great hours (though I wish they were still open till 7) and friendly tellers. Top notch CU in my book”

“My only negative was the non-stop mailings trying to sell me mortgage insurance that are labeled as urgent!!! But as far as the loan application and processing go, Jasen and Ron were the epitome of great customer service. They were patient, responsive and kept me advised.Your online payment process and history information are not very intuitive, could be much better labeled. I do like that I could pre-date payment drafts.”

“At one time, I had a car loan with Kemba Credit Union in Blue Ash, then started an HSA with them.YES, I WOULD recommend them.Kemba may be hard to find, but as long as you can find the Kroger building, you CAN find Kemba.Kemba has their own entrance, unlike in the very beginning when I started with them.”
