There are a lot of bad reviews on here that need to be edited as a lot of it has changed. Shannon Thomas just helped me open a checking account. He was super helpful and informative. And the people in here seemed professional and left me feeling like I made a decent decision. Thanks for the help

We work in the finance department for a local dealership here in Cincinnati.. every time we have to come in contact with Chase or this branch it is a hassle. We only call to simply verify checks we are given. All you get from these people is the run around. Transfer, hold, transfer. Ladies always have attitude. Just doesn’t make sense sometimes. We are just trying to verify funds and they treat us as if we are a bother. If I could do 0 stars for this location I absolutely would. It typically takes over 20-25 minutes just to get someone on the phone for them to tell us to hold or transfer you to something completely different. I would avoid in my opinion. We are not the only dealer that deals with this.. just look at the reviews on this page.. do better guys. Do better

This branch is absolutely worthless and needs to just be closed. Anytime I come here for in person service, there is no one to be found. If I want to deposit cash? Good luck to me with half of the machines being down and no one to do it in person. Glorified atm machine. Way better money services at the target next door.

Good luck trying to get an actual person to speak to you on the phone. After two days of effort, I conclude they simply DO NOT answer the phone.

Useless as a 2 dollar bill. No one can help you here. If your card is compromised don’t stop here. Nothing can be done. No actual service. Pointless building and a waste of tax payers money! Can’t wait to close my chase account down.

Part of Chase's "redesigned branches" which basically means they have limited services and are mostly useless. More useful to drive 10 minutes away to a full branch

The people here are so incredibly helpful. They take the time to make sure your money stays YOUR money. I was almost scared off by negative reviews, but thankfully ended up going and relieving my boyfriend’s issues. (Twice ? ) Olivia & I believe Sarah are absolutely wonderful and alleviated all of our stress! Thank you ladies!!!!

They was very fast and friendly a few months ago when a waitress had took extra money off my card. And a man on phone today helped me with an issue i was having with my account and he was so patient with me. I felt bad i had put him on hold a few times but i was at work. But he didnt mind.

This shouldn't be listed as a branch location. It's basically a building with ATM's. If your request can't be handled through one of the ATM's you are out of luck.

Mostly automated at this location, so if you need to speak with someone, plan to stay awhile. Person my wife spoke with didn't know how to do much of what we needed, so we were there for about an hour or so !! Absolutely pathetic ...
