My first review disappeared. What I wrote: IT's taken 40 years, but I feel I have FINALLY found a place I can Trust, both diagnostics & parts. Labor rate IMO is high, but I'm old enough to remember a good mechanic's wage was $15.00/hr.

Great friendly service from Staff, especially Karen she will take good care of you. Prices are fair, had a Escalade computer replaced at the Repair shop and used their towing service for my Rav4 I was satisfied with both services I recommend

Outstanding service! The people are very professional and honest. They not only fixed the problem i was having but went out of there way to see if there were any other problems that needed to be addressed. Will continue to take my 67 Camaro to them for service.

Bill's always has good communication throughout the process, clearly laying out what they find, including pictures, and prices. When there are services that could be optional or delayed, they don't push. I wasn't able to answer calls, so they left a VM and sent a text.

A long way from home and my car is making an awful noise. I found Bill's Auto Repair. They got me in, found the problem. They fixed it for a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time. They were kind, helpful, and honest. If I lived in this area they would have a regular customer.

They installed a new oil pan on my 2008 Honda Element. Over torqued the filter on the oil pan and the lugnuts on my tires. Got a tire rotation at Costco and they told me they might break off my bolts trying to get the tires off. When I went to get my oil changed at another place they refused to service my vehicle.
Called Bill's today to get the oil pan bolt put back on correctly and get an oil change. They said they were gonna charge me $80 for the oil change and it was gonna take a whole day to reseat the filter. I don't have a choice since no one else will work on the vehicle.
Update: when I took it in instead of charging me $80 they said they would do the oil change for $40, still $14 more than the original place I went but at least its reasonable

Charged me about $3,100 for basic repairs. Got quoted at a mechanic down the road from him for literally half the price . Might be a good towing company but as far as mechanic work he's just a professional lube technician because he will definitely try to screw you . And ask for the money up front , which I never heard a mechanic do .just all around a shady business in my own personal opinion.
