Sure it has new coat of paint and carpet but as a theater itself it's really bad (not sure what caused previous owners to shut it down but it's obvious from chairs in disrepair with tears that nothing was done to make the actual theater experience worthwhile). O and someone forgot to pay the heating bill (not just cool but freezing cold). Won't be back and won't advise others to go. Sorry but flipping a theater takes more than paint and carpet.

It was nice. Not really full but clean. Recliner chairs are very comfy and they have not just cup holders but trays as well

We decided to have our Daughters friends come to a movie for her birthday. We thought we could have food, drink (and adult beverages) during the movie to give it that party feel, so, we chose ACX Cinemas in Blue Ash. Mistake. Only food was popcorn and nachos, no adult beverages, and no ice in the drink dispensers. To add to our frustration, the employees were clueless and of no help. Once inside, there are signs stating it’s a soft opening and there will be a grand opening…no indicated dates. Dinner and a movie, anywhere but ACX!!! Two stars…the seating was comfortable.

Super nice staff. Comfortable, spacious seating. The only con was that one of the seats we chose didn’t work. Other than that, it was pretty nice

Very disappointed. To start, tickets were more expensive than other theaters so I assumed it was redone well and was worth the price. Not even close. There was one, small concession stand. The theater seats were small and ripped up. And the bathrooms were not very clean. No seat service and no bar. Would not recommend unless the “grand” opening is a complete refurb

Had speakers set up on the left and right walls, but only had the center front speakers working…very cold also!

I have been trying to reach this location for several weeks in an attempt to get a refund for mispurchased tickets. I haven't received any type of response from this location despite leaving multiple voicemails and attempting to reach them on social media.

AMAZING!!!!! Went here to see Deadpool and Wolverine. The surround sound is great, the screen is large and very high quality, and the popcorn was great! Will be coming back on Friday for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (only if my parents take me, I hope they do!)!

Great theater to watch a movie. The Dolby Atmos sound system is fantastic with a larger screen. Great staff, nice reclining chairs, and quite clean. Hopefully, the restaurant will open in a few more weeks.

This is a hidden gem in our city! It is clean, welcoming on a large pond, the staff have been friendly and fun to interact with. The recliners are comfortable. The sound is immersive. I'm excited to try the restaurant side when it is finished with construction! This is a great date location.
