If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to get a flu shot and was told that they were too busy to help us. I have insurance, so they would have been paid the "insured rate", but still much too busy.Meanwhile, on the website and store signage read walk-ins welcome.I've been a walgreens customer for almost 20 years and after today's experience they lost a customer tothe store "across the street ". Service has consistently decreased in the past few years. But this action is the last straw.Well done Walgreens, keep shuttering stores with your superb customer service!!!

The pharmacy was good few years ago and even few months ago. Of late the pharmacy has been terrible. They are severely short staffed. They have stopped in store prescription pickup. Only drive through is operational and due to this it takes anywhere between 10 to 15 min minimum to pickup as there are at least 5 cars in the line always. Also the pharmacy was supposed to open at 10 AM on Sunday but they have changed the hours to 11 AM. A week or two of understaffing is fine but this continuing for months together is not acceptable. I am changing to a different pharmacy.

Placed on online order for multiple things. Clicked No substitutions. Over half the items were substitutions.Manager is unable to return individual items and must return the whole order. Complete waste of time to deal with this store. Everyone needs trained. Please don't waste your time going here.

Time to avoid this pharmacy. They stated they are going to stop doing same day prescriptions after not getting both of mine done at the same time.They claim they can no longer keep up with the volume and will push drop offs to the next day.One of mine was electronic the other was on paper. They did the electronic one and only agreed to do the paper one after I arrived two hours later.

Pharmacy people are trash… disrespectful and don’t care about the customers. I’ve called 3 times on hold for over an half an hour trying to make sure my sons meds are there before I waste gas going to pick up and they just keep putting me on hold… no one says a word they just keep hanging up on me. Unprofessional… they are not they busy..

This Walgreens continues to let me down with time frames, system issues, and lack of communication. One of the worst, no one cares....it's not their medicine.

I use this location to fill all of our families prescription needs and the pharmacy staff is first class. Even with the staffing challenges we always get excellent customer service and feel welcomed. The lines even when longer move very efficiently and yet you feel welcomed when it’s your turn. They don’t seem over stressed or impatient when providing you with any information you may need.Highly recommended.

Slow, incapable, often get message things are ready when they are not. I regularly have to wait in line over 30 min. Today was the last straw. I’m moving my prescriptions. Waited for over 30 minutes for them to get through 2 cars. Then close the store. I’ve not waited for over 1 hr in line and they don’t have my prescription. The whole staff deserves to lose their jobs.

Frequently don't have prescriptions in stock. the app is useless. pharmacist was rude when I called to ask for a date.

I have been ordering Christmas photo cards from the Broad St., Walgreens for the past few years. This is the second year in a row that I wasn’t given enough envelopes. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal except this year I questioned the mixup in the store. The clerk acted like I was bothering her and creating more work. She never apologized for the error and gave me continued attitude throughout the entire interaction. It’s also important to note that another clerk behind the entrance register was playing on his phone, and I had to ask for assistance. All in all, terrible customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever... dont plan on the actual product prescribed being recieved, they will substitute and change to cut corners and dont care about ur preferences, has happened twice now, is turkey hill gonna put that pharmacy back in?

I really like this Walgreens. The staff is always nice. They are usually pretty well stocked. They offer rapid Covid-19 test and get your results back to you in a timely manner.

Well the pharmacy is only open through the drive thru you CAN NOT go inside to the counter. Sooo if you need allergy medicine you have to go somewhere else because they can't give it to you through the drive thru!??♀️?
