I was waiting for my important package the whole day i even saw the lady delivering to my neighbors but missed mine and she reported it there was no access to my location to deliver my package.

I ordered a package. USPS stated that it was delivered. This is the second time, you failed. You probably have a thief working for you. If I don't receive my package, I will contact the Postal Inspector and make sure that you loose your job.

Missing over 6 boxes of my shippings in just 3 weeks,2 customers got empty boxes with bunch of papers and bubble wraps inside, fill so much forms and put so much time some of my shippings never moved from this post office for days and missed and they can’t help at all ,ship my items from another post office close and I don’t have any of this problems .if I want to give just customer service I have to give the guys 5 stars,

Place of deliv...Bedford Apts (42 Hallowell Dr). Last week a key was left in my mailbox for a package, but it belonged to someone else. I put the package in an outbox but couldn't lock the box. Since the mailman arrived shortly after, I told him about the error. Then 12/27/23, someone else's package was left at my door which I delivered to the correct address. Also, a different neighbor's mail was left in my mailbox. What the heck is wrong with the mailman? Please fix this!!!!

I put in a change of address in mid November. I have not received any mail since. I have important documents that are not being delivered. This system doesn't work efficiently and this needs to be addressed!

I cannot stress how unprofessional this location is.I've had so many issues over the years in this area.They destroyed a package of mine previously - and now they just left a expensive package that was suppose to be signed for in my mailbox with signature I didn't recognize.When asked at the post office - they laughed at me and just told me to check my mailbox.What is the point of a signature required if they just sign it themselves?I can't emphasize how much I prefer UPS or FedEx to this location.

My wife and I love this post office. Devin, Kevin, and some of the other staff that are there makes sure we get the service we need. It's a great place to go, and our packages ? get taken care of.

Devin did a great job helping with all questions and made sure everything was taken care of. He was very patient and had a great sense of humor with all customers, all while training a new employee. All workers were polite and helpful. A nice experience. Thank you!

I’d give a negative star if I could. By far the worst post office I’ve been to. Consistently delivering mail to the wrong place. I had a Christmas gift MIA because the incompetent delivery driver can’t read an address. Now, I’m without a Christmas gift that possibly someone else is enjoying. I’ve brought back deliveries that goes to a completely different neighborhood and had to pick up deliveries to me after removers from someone else’s mailbox. Avoid at all possible this location handling your mail. Byron also doesn’t like to follow up when a phone number is left with him

You don’t deliver the mail, you make the customer retreat their own mail.
