It was 10:54 pm just walking in to the store one black girl was cleaning and one white girl was on the register. The worst customer service the manager need to check the cam he/ she able to see when she yelling to the customer..
Be aware of the doggy customer service ??

Stopped in for a Milkshake on Tuesday morning about 9:30am and was greeted by a male behind the ice cream counter who immediately retreated to the back when he sensed he might have to actually work and make ice cream for people. The young lady behind the register was obviously not excited about working in the ice cream area either but she did her job with no complaint and was polite. I would never return here though because I felt like more of a burden to the employees than a valued customer. Milkshake was decent though.

This location frequently has something that doesn't work. Today, on a very hot Summer day, the fountain drink dispenser was out of order. I thought perhaps I would get a slushy instead
. Half the containers were empty.
What I have noticed before is that when something is out of order at this UDF (fountain drinks, ice cream freezer, smoothie machine) it can be weeks before it is fixed.

This UDF will not serve ice cream (they have it on display though in case you just want to look at it) and their slushy machines are always down.

Nice store, staff is very friendly. Very clean! The outside is clean as well, gas hubs seem kept up and maintained nice where other gas station always have overflowing trash and stained grounds. Only gripe is the that the Coffee wasn't good, seemed watered down. Needs more Java!

I don’t usually don’t stop here and won’t after the cashier asked if I wanted my change back. I just spent 7.53 and gave them $8 cash. I said why wouldn’t I want my cash back?I mean if they are keeping that much from everyone they must be making a nice extra buck.

I am a 61 year old retired disabled veteran, deployed to multiple hostile countries with limited uses of my right side. (I'm not asking for sympathy)At 4:10 this afternoon, I stopped in to the UDF at the corner of E. Broad and Wagner Rd. in Reynoldsburg , Ohio. I asked the cleark for a pack of Salem cigarettes, assuming she didn't smoke, I pointed them out to her.Another clerk came out from the back and asked me for my ID. with my disables, I struggled to pull it out with my left hand. she said, "You can go,"I said, "What's wrong?She said, "You were rude."Now I'm not mad at anyone, I just want to know what i did to make her feel like I did something??
