I only rated this one star so I could leave a review, I don't even know where to start with this review, but I can definitely say I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Maybe a year ago I would recommend it but definitely not today. This complex almost feels abandoned. There's two maintenance guys that do everything, including the upkeep on the pool, which doesn't get done. To start with the pool, they never drained it from last year. Literally took the cover off of it and put a ton of chemicals in it to clear the water (partially) Never cleaned the bottom of it or anything. So its always disgusting. The gate stays wide open (where last year you used the code on the locked gate like it should be) the whole idea of the gate being open 24/7 for anyone to come in or out is literally so unsafe seeing all the kids that run around this complex. I'm not even sure how that's allowed. I really enjoyed sitting around the fireplace last year and we got an email stating it was open when the pool opened late this year, but the fireplace has never worked once this year. Management never cared to fix it. The trash and the dog poop everywhere is absolutely disgusting. There is never any bags to pick up dog poop either. Half of the time on nice sunny days the pool isn't even open. The gate is just locked all day with no note or anything anywhere. But on the days when the pool is bright green, it's open and ready to swim. The worst part is some of the management lives in this complex so they are aware of everything that goes on here and again nothing ever changes. The literal only good extra perk of living here was the 24/7 convenience of the gym but half the time the door is locked so you don't even have access to that. One of the reasons I moved here was because it has great walking paths for dogs, but now those are completely overgrown into the concrete path and haven't been trimmed since I've literally moved in here so now you can't really enjoy that. i'm not sure if the East Broad Street location is any better, hopefully it is. But whatever you do, do not sign a lease here.

I would have definitely gave a zero on this place. The office managers are a joke too worried about flirting with the men that live there dress half naked and never want to resolve any issues. The apartments have mold in them and they refuse to fix it just want to paint over it. PSA YOU CAN NOT PAINT OVER MOLD!! No insulation you can hear every little conversation that your neighbors are having. Trash everywhere. They can’t keep any maintenance men that’s why you can’t get anything fixed. Apartments are never properly clean upon move in just nasty and disgusting. The old office mangers were good but they keep changing owners and the new girls they have in there now dumber then a box of rocks LITERALLY THEY NEED TO DO BETTER AND START WITH THOSE OFFICE MANAGERS

Do NOT sign a lease here. Management takes ages to solve your problems whether it be lease or maintenance related. Trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere. The pool is never ready to be opened when the summer season hits. Every company who has owned this property has failed to make this a nice place to live. It has been below average since I moved here in 2021. Rent an apartment elsewhere!

WORST EXPERIENCE THUS FAR: it’s true, they really do have a management issue or lack there of, luckily enough I never got to move into this horror of a place, I had submitted an application & got approved but they had my move in date wrong by almost a month, I’ve called a billion time no answer, went up to the office few time to change the date, they’ll take my name & number and say they’ll contact me later but never do, so I got tired of the run around & went and applied else where, here’s catch, they took my $150 holding fee (plus the $50 app. Fee) and said that it’s non-refundable because I didn’t give them a 72hrs notice when I been calling and leaving voicemails for weeks.

I would have given a ZERO if i Could. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. I moved here in Jan 2023. The apartment has never been ready. I completed the move in checklist and let them know there were many stuffs to fix. I have been calling and going to the lease office back & forth. Nobody ever came to check what’s going on in my apartment. I called to request maintenance, someone finally came after 6 weeks(at least) and partially did the job. They said moving with a new management team they said. Unable to use their website, they advised us of a new resident portal coming ( after a month and a half of residency). My sister and I are both on the lease, and should have access to residential portal like in any other complex.after telling me that they will send me access to the website, They told my sister that only one person can log in. I have never had such a bad experience with an apartment complex. Doors are not isolated you can hear everything that is going on around. It’s a NO NO NO!

I have been living here for two years in a one bed and transferred into a 2bed and we had an issue with our lease and the Regional manager Lissa, the property manager Miami and the leasing agent Brionna helped fix all our issues and made everything so easy for us!

Dog poop and garbage everywhere. If you are a responsible pet owner, don't like stepping in dog poop or like to open your windows when the weather permits without the overwhelming smell seeping in, I'd look elsewhere. Property management changes for pet rent but doesn't enforce any policies or hire a groundskeeper or pet waste company to clean up. It sucks that many of the pet owners are ignorant and lazy but that's part of what you must deal with in the industry and it's still the management's responsibility to keep the property clean and sanitary.I guess it's hard to know what's going on when you have a standing sign on the leasing office saying it's closed and no staff on site.Probably the worst managed property I have had the experience of living in.- Responsible Pet OwnerPs. The dog poop corn hole trashcan in the pool area should be on the website

My boyfriend and I just recently moved in and we really like the place so far. The approval process was quick and easy, and Brandon helped us with a great move in offer, which was very appreciated! Location is nice with close access to the freeway, gahanna schools, etc.

To anyone considering moving in: be warned. The area inside and outside of the apartments is very pretty but that's where the positives end. If you have even moderately loud neighbors it will feel like you are living in the same room as them. The walls are very thin as well as the floors, the water bill is totally jacked up for some reason, and the rent is incredibly high for the space you actually get. We moved out a little bit ago when the place kept transitioning from owner to owner, and watched as everything worsened with each month. It was a pretty decent place when it first opened, aside from being able to hear every conversation going on around you. But as other reviewers have said, it is now issue on top of issue on top of issue. If you can, save yourself the headache.

EDIT TO ADD MORE: This place just gets worse and worse. Consistently mine and other single tenants water bills are over $150 a month and when we speak to the water company we’re told they have been trying to get the property manager to communicate with them over an obvious issue. They get no reply. So we’re stuck covering the cost of their issue and lack of accountability. The property manager Miami and district manager Blair are the most unprofessional, unorganized, and awful people to communicate with.DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!Original review:Moving in here was the worst mistake I’ve ever made.I have never left a negative review ever in my life but if I can keep even one person from the nightmare of this place it’s worth it.Especially any women because you will have random men walking into your apartment with no notice. Not once, not twice, but 3 times now! Oh and if your stove literally explodes and blows a hole through your pan and singes the back of your arm don’t worry! It’ll take them a week to get back to you! They won’t replace the stove because your safety isn’t worth the money but they will replace the coil with one that doesn’t match AND doesn’t fit so you can’t use it anyway! Don’t worry there’s more! If your fridge stops working they’ll ignore your maintenance request for a week leaving all your food to spoil and requiring you to spend money on takeout! They’ll finally replace it after you spend a week calling with no answer or call back! And don’t worry you will definitely not get any rent credit to cover any of those things! If you hate talking on the phone this place is for you because they never answer! If that’s not enough for you just know the amenities you’re probably excited about don’t work and aren’t usable half the time so definitely don’t look forward to those!Last time they got a bunch of bad reviews they emailed some of us asking to leave 5 star reviews. If you have to beg for positive reviews maybe it’s time to do some reflecting on policy and procedures and why so many people are so unhappy living at your property.Do better.
