Ruby Nails did a great job for my pedicure. Workers were very kind and friendly definitely a 10/10 would recommend definitely will be going there again!

First time here and the experience was wonderful. I had Sophie and she was so sweet to me and took her time with my nails. My hands are stiff and she worked with me and was very kind and helped me relax my hands and fingers. Everyone was welcoming and nice.Services: Acrylic nails

I was having a pedicure and the male manager asked me my name then said I had a "white woman's name" and questioned if my mother really named me that on purpose while cackling loudly. When I asked if his Asian mother gave him his VERY American first name, he insisted he did. I told him that it would be best for his business if he minded his own and didn't try to assume the supposed heritage of people's names. Never returning. Ever.Service: Pedicure

Pedicure - I moved to the area a few months ago and came to the shop because it's close to my home. It was clean, staff was nice and service was good so I can became a regular until recently. On my last visit, I picked a polish color for my pedicure but after a few toes were painted, realized I didn't care for the color and changed my mind. I let the nail tech know and she became so irate that her hands literally started shaking, she started talking about me, the situation and complaining very loudly for everyone in the shop to stop and stare. She went on and on venting for the rest of my time there, even as she painted on the new color that I quickly picked out so try and calm her down ??. The "manager" didn't help masters as he entertained her rant, also loud himself, which he often is anyway...and saying that it "wasn't cool" that I had changed my mind on the color and for her to only do one coat. I will not return, but if you choose to go, NEVER CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER PICKING A COLOR OR ELSE ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE!!! Smh.

Me and my 2 sisters visited for the first time this past Saturday. It was a great experience. Service was professional, friendly and on time. The establishment was clean and cheery. Prices ware great as well. We will be back for sure!!Services: Manicure

BEWARE! If you don't get a good job done, the manager does not give refunds. Also he can be very rude and nasty if you tell him about a poor job and request a refund or discount. Unfortunately, the fact is that he will put you with whomever is available, even if they do not know what they are doing. I recommend if you get good service when you first come, stick with that person. I have gone there for dipping powder french tips six times. My first technician was great - she introduced me to the method - but she apparently left the place. Then I had two others who were good. Mind you, I was a walk-in most of the time due to my unpredictable work and children schedule, but did not mind waiting or coming another time if they were busy. The manager would give me whoever was free and they all did a great job until I got one who did not. On my 5th month coming, he put me with a girl who I thought was rushing, but due to my previously great experiences I did not worry. However, when I got home I saw lots of dents and curves in my nails. I called the manager for a refund, which he refused. After some argument he agreed for me to come get them done over, however, I was unable to get back there. The next time I came, I made an appointment AND requested a discount because I did not get back to get a redo and he refused. I accepted that and the girl who did my nails did a decent job. However, when I made an appointment again, thinking this way, I get better service, he put me with an (unknown to me) inexperienced girl who I could tell was a little nervous. I showed her my nails and said I wanted the same thing (I have a french tip). She OVER shaved down my nails until it HURT and I had to tell her to stop and then she proceeded to do color only. When I asked her when she was going to put on the french tip, she said, she did not know I wanted this and it was too late and she would have to put gel tip on the end (which do not last). I will put that down to language barrier or miscommunication because she thought I meant the color. However, the manager heard me telling her the gel would not last and they should give me a free gel tip touchup when this one wore off because I need to wait for another dip a month (she had shaved my nails so thin). The manager was sitting several chairs away and loudly says so everyone can hear, that I was always complaining and No I was not going to get a discount and that I did this before! I could not believe he would be so rude as a manager and also to outright lie about the situation as I had only complained once before, despite coming there at least four or five times before that episode. Needless to say, I did ask him to stop lying and stated just as loudly that he was incorrect because I had been there multiple times with good service from others and I was not a complainer. So here I am because I do not want anyone else to have that experience. I will not go there any longer, because I cannot trust I will get good service or more importantly, that the manager will support me as a customer when there is a poor job done.Service: Dip powder
