“If you don't know the difference between a chain pharmacy and a neighborhood pharmacy, you need to visit here to understand. I love how the staff is loyal and tries to get to know their customers personally. The cards, jewelry, and gifts sections are excellent! I always find hidden gems for gifts. Old school remedies (I think I saw some Fletchers Castoria!) Lace the shelves on the pharmacy side. And it appears there are plenty of medical appliances and supplies available.”

The employees can be a little rude/unhelpful, but customer service is hard, so I’ll give them a little grace! This store is definitely my favorite for groceries in NA.”

“I love this Pharmacy!!!! I switched from Kroger to them because Kroger would ever have my prescription done on time or didn’t have my medication available. They wouldn’t even call me to say what was going on. But at Royal Pharmacy they are always on top of things and they COMMUNICATE with you. They even offer delivery services which is cool. I’m glad I switched to them and I tell everyone that lives in my area to try them. Thanks for the excellent service”

“This was my first time going to Costco. I usually shop at Sam's and of course conceptually they are the same. However I noticed the prices are higher here but the checkout lines moved faster than at Sam's. They do have a lot of healthier options snacks and produce. The staff seemed happy and they were helpful. U would def recommend this place for organic produce the price is good for the quantity. Im not completely sold on leaving Sam's but I have to go back a few more times to decide”
“We definitely need a Kroger fuel pump back home in Logan county in Wyoming county West Virginia. I saved almost 50 cents a gallon because we have a Krogers here and I had saved up so many Kroger points it was great for my long trip.”

“This CVS Pharmacy inside Target at 8100 E Broad. Is operating the Pharmacy operated in the 90s and early 2000s. This is the only one with old fashioned customer services. Only been going to this store since January 2024 and all the Pharmacists acknowledge me by name, in line or at the counter and ask me how im doing. Kinda like sam the butcher in the brady bunch. Rare

“The Groveport Kroger store and pharmacy seem to be very organized and stocked fully without boxes and skids everywhere blocking isles like most other stores across Columbus and the surrounding areas. Everyone I had contact with was well informed and eager to help and very friendly. The store seems to be very clean.”
“To whom it may concern, my name is Autumn and I was broken down physically and mentally at your new Albany location yesterday, 5-18-2024, from about 4:30-10pm. The manager on duty, one of the cashiers named Steve, and two or three additional employees came and asked me if I was okay. Additionally, they repeatedly came outside during my time there to check on me, brought me water, and basically consoled me because I could not get myself together . It was so hot and I’m sure that was a factor in my breakdown. The MOD brought me a bag of ice and told me to stay cool and keep it on my wrist and neck to regulate my body temp. I couldn’t have asked for anything else at all and I personally feel like they deserve some recognition for their level or care and attentiveness to me and my situation. This crew is absolutely what saved my life to be honest yesterday. I was in a very bad place mentally and they were there to talk me down every single minute. I owe the crew that night my life and most importantly my respect and gratitude for their kindness and empathy.”
“This is a great hub of OSU doctors practicing various specialties. I come here regularly to see my allergist (Dr Curtis), family doctor (MacKinlay) and physical therapist (Ally). They have been so helpful and I swear. They have orthopedics, ENTs, cardiologists, neurologists, dermatology, gastroenterologists, urgent care and pharmacy, and a lab... probably more. They have a welcoming staff that will help route you through checkout and point you in the right direction. Hallways are clearly marked. Waiting areas are clean and there even is a cafe. I'm thankful this convenient location is staffed with such talented and caring staff.”

“I like the Sam's Club. I usually shop here but I send my wife and kids elsewhere like Costco or BJs, the main issue I have with Sam's Club is that the parking lot is bustling with homeless people who ask you for money. I don't have a problem with people experiencing homelessness but some can be dangerous bc of drug/alcohol abuse and I have had an incident in the parking lot where a man was sneaking up on me. I turned and stared at him before he got too close and he redirected himself, then paused and asked if I had any money... I gave him a bag of chips and he buzzed off with an agitated look”
“Even though i haven’t been here in a while the place was never a bad place. Never had any problems. It used to be next to where i lived until i moved. It had a toy alley. Nice jewelry. Lots of candy and DVDs. Very nice place because while you go to your daily pharmacy you can get lots of other things while your there including beer. Food. Toys. Jewelry. Drinks. Big balls. Candy. And LOTS more. I know pickerington needed this store.”
“I love this store. It is clean and well stocked. Customer service is efficient and friendly. It is well managed, with manager often interacting with customers. Its reward program works for me. I dont get gas here, I choose to use my perks mainly for food--As gas is cheaper at BJs wholesale club. You have to check meat tho. Sometimes the expiration is that day. Yikes. Deducting one star for that and gas program.”

“I use this location to fill all of our families prescription needs and the pharmacy staff is first class. Even with the staffing challenges we always get excellent customer service and feel welcomed. The lines even when longer move very efficiently and yet you feel welcomed when it’s your turn. They don’t seem over stressed or impatient when providing you with any information you may need.Highly recommended.”
