“I stopped by Boost Mobile today! I saw on Facebook they were doing an event. Visit with Santa and they were handing out free toys! We took our 2 year old daughter! It truly was so so nice! She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing! T-Mobile saved my BUDGET: Verizon was always INCREASING my bill, and deleting services- one line was "grandfathered" in, they started saying we should be ashamed because we were STEALING from others!
Great service, reasonable prices, easy to pay monthly bill, nice to have T-Mobile TUESDAYS. I'm not always interested in the offerings, but any One makes it enjoyable. I like playing the "games" to try for offerings.

He explained the difference between the models and had the one I wanted in stock that was fully charged, he explained the process as he breezed through everything. All contacts and apps successfully transferred. The whole time, incredibly professional and friendly. This is not the only time I have been into this store, and every time I have gone in every person who has been there has been helpful and knowledgeable. Today it was Trent, and he was wonderful! I went home not only with a brand new phone, but also a new Internet gateway that works better than the one I had before, and he set everything up so when I got home, all I had to do was plug it in! “Giving Breezeline a try. So far no issues. My internet is pushing over 1000mbps. That is enough for Roblox, Coding, Minecraft, Game Development, Roku and a couple 75+ inch televisions blasting Titipo, Cocomelon and Bluey. Any major issues that cannot be resolved amicably and I am going back to Spectrum. But not bad so far.”

“I have been to other Boost locations and was never happy with the customer service. But today was my first time at the E. Broad location and I was very happy with the experience. The store was well-lit, clean, organized, and inviting. Tripp was the associate that helped me and he was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to give great recommendations. He helped me purchase new phones for my family and was very patient with helping us set them up. Because of associates like Tripp, I'll remain a Boost customer. Give him a raise!”
