I have been to other Boost locations and was never happy with the customer service. But today was my first time at the E. Broad location and I was very happy with the experience. The store was well-lit, clean, organized, and inviting. Tripp was the associate that helped me and he was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to give great recommendations. He helped me purchase new phones for my family and was very patient with helping us set them up. Because of associates like Tripp, I'll remain a Boost customer. Give him a raise!

Hello, my name is Nathan Taulbee I got a phone call yesterday from Tripp saying I was approved for a new phone. I decided to walk my happy ass in there. He got me all situated and very very happy then customer service said I could not get a phone because my bill is due on the 22nd realistically this has happened two times. I think customer service needs to be better with the customers. I am extremely disappointed with you guys. Not the service from the shop customer services who I’m talking about. They made me wait for multiple hours and decided not to even help me if you guys wanna keep your business up you guys need to start helping out the people that support you guys for years on end I’ve been a customer to you guys for so long, so I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and most definitely with the phone call multiple phone calls to customer service by the way thank you Nate for doing your best and trying to get me a new phone yesterday too as well as Tripp by the way, customer service on the 22nd do not deny me again cause I will be pissed . And you would lose a veteran customer to boost mobile

Also didn’t tell me to finance it through that bull crap in the store and they also was charging me$17 a week not mention my son only got a iPhone 13 they made me pay xtra for the insurance because it was a 13 ok, but my daughter has a iPhone 15 and she doesn’t pay that extra. I guess it’s all about the commission than the customer. I pray they sleep well at night

I was not aware that a new SIM card was necessary when going from an iPhone SE to a 13 along with another things granted this was my second iPhone. My SE no longer worked so it was difficult for me to set up my new iPhone. I went to another boost location on Brice Rd first and they were difficult to work with and their prices were no where near the boost apps and things they were saying were not accurate regarding prices and the iPhone set up. When I came to this location Kyieshia L. was very welcoming, kind, and patient. She worked very thoroughly yet quickly and was straightforward about any additional costs yet did her best to save me money. I appreciated her service and had a great experience and plan on returning!!

I came in the store stressed out about my phone going out and not being able to use it. And the young lady named Kyi was very helpful, professional, kind, and knowledgeable on the information I was asking her about my phone. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!! Cause she definitely deserves it!!!
