“Although I live in new Albany, when I previously lived in Dublin, I would go to the branch Tuttle. It was great because Desiree W was there. Now that she’s in Whitehall I go there unless I just have to go to Morse Road because of time constraints. I would rather drive from New Albany to Whitehall because Desiree is wonderful. She goes out of her way to help. She resolved an issue for me that was not even the branches fault. In fact, it was not any Woodforest branch fault at all. I have been dealing with her for years and I see why all of her customers follow her where she goes. She goes above and beyond as much as she can, and as always professional. I’m assuming that her being a manager, she is on salary but either way she needs a raise because she does not treat you like just another customer. Also, prior to that when she was in Dublin, someone who worked there for years would not resolve an issue for me. They kept telling me to come back the next month because my debit card was fine when I kept telling them there was a problem with it. I got sick of both ladies and I just went to Desiree. Took literally two minutes to fix something I had been asking them to fix for minimum 3 months. For one because they wouldn’t even look into it and she figured out the problem immediately. If I could give her 10 stars, I would”

“If you go inside, be prepared for a shock. Especially if you're conducting routine business, like deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers, and such. Real live people greet you and escort you to their desks. Crazy, huh? The people are friendly, efficient, and accurate. What else would you want at a bank? My only beef (and why I went inside in the first place, and why the 4-star rating) is that I couldn't operate the drive-thru teller machine because I couldn't reach it from my car. It appears to be optimized for trucks and full-size SUVs. Looking around the neighborhood, that makes sense. Oh, and one other thing. If you're new to this section of New Albany, be advised that the businesses have flat, simple edifices and my be hard to distinguish. And, most of the parking is in the rear, accessible from side streets. ****”

“I had an on going problem with multiple accounts, not finding all on line, and their status being, without my knowledge, tagged as inactive or dormant. Having been on the phone with multiple employees and going to another branch to fill out paper work to solve the problems, I found out all these efforts were apparently for naught. Calling WILL at Gahanna led to me being invited to come in person to try to resolve issues. He spent a lot of time on the issues and was patient and determined to solve the problems, both now and in the future. And we finally did! Working with me and hearing he was going on for formal education at a local college made me wish for more students like him when I was on the faculty at that college.
