Seriously the best visit I’ve ever had with Verizon. JT was so knowledgeable about every question I asked. He was willing to accommodate me when my phone was being difficult. He made amazing recommendations for care for my new phone. Exceptional service between him and seanny. If I ever have an issue I know I can trust this location.

I started an account with Verizon (again). I got new 2 phones and a watch, only paying tax! On top of that my bill for it monthly is around $100 less. Their customer service is superb. They’re pretty amazing at this point coming from me you know that’s a big deal.

T.J. and the manager were extremely nice and welcoming! I upgraded from an LG G7 to iPhone 14 Pro Max, so I took it to the VZW at 890 N. High St where an employee (Earvin) assisted me; he played in his hair and on his phone the entire time; kept asking me to put my password in because he wasn't paying attention & it was timing out; he NEVER even activated my phone, but couldn't figure out why the test call didn't work; he NEVER explained one thing about the iPhone...I paid $29 for nothing.T.J. to the rescue!!! He could see I was upset; the manager let me know everything would be taken care of and that he was NOT going to charge me again. T.J. took his time, UPDATED the new phone so that all my stuff would come through correctly; showed me some helpful tips and spent almost 1.5 hours answering questions and making sure I felt confident with this new phone. This was honestly the BEST experience I've had with Verizon (I've been with them 19 years); I'm taking my grandson back this week to upgrade his phone. Any issues I have, I'll be going back to the Bexley crew...it's closer to home anyway!

Our experience at Victra Verizon in Bexley Ohio was phenomenal. Tyler was extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Hunter, store manager, was also kind and helpful. Overall, no better place to get a new phone.

Nice person working there, but a PERSON! Only one person working there with 10 people waiting on service. Not going back to waste an hour of my life before walking out.

Needed a new phone but had no idea there was a promotion available that could save me and my family money on the plan. Hunter was able to get me the new 14 pro and save on my family plan. Not sure if Hunter will stay at that location but wherever Verizon location he goes to I would go there immediately!
