Ended up coming into US Bank and I had the pleasure of getting George to help me set up my account. Went above and beyond spending 2 hours to make sure every detail was correct. The star was a roast beef concoction on a crostini, crab cake, chocolate, salad...wait that sounds like an entire meal. Add in a Starbucks coffee taster and Live music and you have a fun meal/day. Naturally it was packed. Nice job GE Grandview!”
“I go to the UDF by house at least twice a day to get a peanut butter milkshake.. The employees at that location are truly dedicated to making sure your cravings are met cause woohoo I would be devastated if my milkshake wasn't perfect EVERY time.. “Easy access in and out. Never a line, but a busy place. Crew is very nice and polite. I go there to get cigarettes sometimes and they don't carry my brand I found out, but the owner said he would start getting them in sure enough they had them the next time I went. That's what I call good customer service. I would recommend this store to people.”
“WowThe banker Josie LaVigne served me today where I had many request. She was absolutely fabulous with her professionalism and was so competent. I had to ask, “how long have you worked in the banking industry? Her response was 2 years.” Really?? She resolved an issue where a banker at another location had no idea how to fix and called corporate to be advised. The information that they gave him still didn’t fix the issue. Josie fixed it within minutes!! I’m aware that this location is challenged. Reading most google responses, maybe new management is needed at this location? Well she is an absolute problem solver and could possibly make a huge difference if given the opportunity to manage the branch. She has my vote!!Best of luck to her....”

“Just visited chase today to set up my bank account. I am a new chase employee and the only man there was booked on appointments. The teller was so polite and asked if I wanted to wait to see if his next appointment showed up and if not he could probably help me. The man came up to us after a short while and helped me he was so nice and polite. He opened my checking and savings account IN 10 MINUTES. He made sure I understood everything and put me at ease because I was a little nervous. He was so sweet and the teller as well.”

“I normally frequent the bank near my house in Pickerington, but I had to swing by here because the ATM malfunctioned outside.When I entered the facility, I immediately noticed something I'd never seen before. There were two sets of doors and I was instructed to remove any and all metallic objects and place them in the tray before being buzzed in via green light. Yes, they have metal detectors.The teller was extremely pleasant and even offered to help set me up for a business account while I was there. I politely declined because I didn't have the appropriate documents handy, but it was good to know that courtesy was one of their strong points.As I left, I couldn't help but laugh, seeing that they had to "buzz" me out. Thank goodness I don't have to worry about being in there with some nutcase trying to rob the place. He couldn't get in if he tried and God help him trying to get back out!More banks need to adopt this procedure.”
