“Georgie's is a sweet little shop in Canal Winchester. Canal itself is a lovely small town with several shops and eateries to spend an afternoon. A spacious store, much larger than the previous location, where you can find shabby style, vintage, clothing, jewelry, candles, some furniture and other decor. A great place to find gifts and a relaxing place to shop. They are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Roomy parking lot which is a plus.”

“I had a set of 2 vintage lamps I got from my grandmother. The shades were unusually large and replacements were hard to find but The Lamp Shade helped me get beautiful, more modern shades to update the look. When they arrived, the harps were too long for the shades and their representative went above and beyond to help me sort out what the lamps needed and how we could get the right fit.The customer service has been wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about this company. You’ll be glad you worked with them!”

“I've received a few gift boxes as presents and I just have to say that this is the best store I have ever gotten soaps from. You can tell so much thought, planning, and care has gone into each product. The scents are absolutely wonderful, my skin feels so good after I use them in the shower, the packaging is all eco-friendly and I cannot recommend them enough! If I could give more than five stars I would in a heartbeat! I also appreciate that not only do they sell soaps they sell candles, crystals, and bath bombs!”

“I checked their website to verify they were open today which is Sunday. It verified they were open at 11 AM. Here I am at 1 PM after driving for 35 minutes only to find out they're closed. Unbelievable. Just a "closed" sign over the "open Sunday" hours sign. At least use Google and update your hours. Thanks for the response. Other than this mistake, the store is pretty amazing.”
“Studios on High Gallery was one of the participating galleries of the monthly Gallery Hop. It is home to 18 artists of different mediums. For the month of August, they are featuring Yesterday's Tomorrow World by Tracy Greenwalt. I enjoyed looking at the different metaphysical themes, including salt shakers, water towers, corn, and bugs. I also enjoyed looking at mixed media pieces by Marty Husted, ceramic sculptures by Denise Romecki, printmaking by Jennifer Jolley-Brown, and cityscapes oil paintings by Jessica Wojtasek.”

I literally teared up, it was even better than I had expected! With the ever changing inventory OMT is a treasure trove of eclectic finds. Also reselling could not be any easier. “These are my favorite types of boutiques. They have the aesthetic of an Anthropologie but guilt free because they're locally owned and a fraction of the price. Happy Go Lucky should have a warning sign out front because you were gonna spend all your money here. It has suck cute stuff!!! it lowers you into buy beautiful little things that you do not need butter so happy to buy. Great spot for gifts!!”
“I visited Elm and Iron Clintonville, 3475 N. High St. in the "Clintonville" neighborhood of Columbus, on 11-24-2023. I have often walked past there while on my way somewhere else; I decided to actually visit there on the day after Thanksgiving.Elm and Iron Clintonville sells high-end home furnishings, accessories, and décor. They have been at their Clintonville location since 2012; they now also have a location at Easton Town Center and a warehouse [open Monday-Friday by appointment only] in Grandview.I had been greatly impressed by the quality of the merchandise that is for sale at Elm and Iron and the high-quality way in which that merchandise is displayed.I had visited there at dusk; the several photographs that I had taken while I had been there had been quite dramatic because of the quality of the light that had been coming in through the windows.The building in which Elm and Iron is housed had been built in 1929 to be a new location for a business in downtown Columbus whose main purpose had been to sell automobile tires. The Clintonville location of that business, according to a 1929 article in The Columbus Dispatch, offered complete motor car service.It is obvious, when looking at the architectural style of the Elm and Iron building, that that building had been constructed for a business whose main purpose would be to repair cars.If you are looking for some high-end home furnishings, accessories, and décor, I strongly recommend Elm and Iron.”
