I had fraud issues with my account and the banker who helped me was very good at his job!! He knew exactly what to do and was super fast at it. He got a claim filed for retriving stolen funds, restricted that account and opened a new one for me in minutes. He also linked my same debit card to the new account so i didn't have to wait for a new one in the mail!! He explained everything that was happening in full detail and was super knowledgeable about any questions I had. Super polite and excellent customer service. Thanks to him im able to have access to the new account so I can continue to work and deposit money into my new account instantly. Highly recommend this branch to any chase customer!!! Five ⭐

Chase bank in Bexley is convenient to me. I like the ATM in the entrance foyer, as you can specify the bills you want in your withdrawal. After hours, you have secure entrance by using your Chase debit card.

Was in line at the drive-up teller well before the bank closed. The person in front took an exceptionally long time, and closing time inside for the bank came. I saw the person in front motioning behind him as if telling the teller that we had been in line before he pulled off. We pulled up and the teller disappeared. She didn't even have the courtesy to serve us, or even tell us she couldn't as the bank had closed on the inside while we were in line. She just . . . disappeared. TERRIBLE customer service.

This would be a great place to start a bank. The ATM here is out of order *at least* once a week, and there seems to be no effort whatsoever to fix it. Absolutely disgraceful.

I am a younger student and had 2 accounts here at this bank. They seem to have trouble explaining all the little things regarding accounts like service fees etc. I saw these fees a while ago and figured out why I was being charged that fee after I told them I would be moving my money to another bank. Recently, I had seen these charges but was reaching all of the requirements they had told me about when opening the account. Needless to say, I have still not gotten an answer on why this charge was being taken from me. I have now transferred banks and will never bank with chase. Also now with COVID it’s only drive up services! Have fun waiting 30 min in your car to get some money!

Excellent service, the staff is very efficient. They do everything they can to make your visit short, effective and pleasant. I highly appreciate that they value my time. Tellers are always friendly. My experience is that everyone at this branch is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help me with my financial needs.

Bunch of financial dummies that I would not trust with my life savings .Poorly dressed employees that lack and pockets of intelligence. The teller I had had bad breath . Yikes ‘’’’ Bexley residents deserve better staff not minor league losers. Go online find better rates and services not have Chase in your pants.

Fantastic customer service at this branch. I worked with Mia and she was extremely helpful and made everything super easy. She also went the extra mile and followed up after I had left to help me finish up the process.
