3110 N High St, Columbus“Lots of selections here but maybe not all the types of books I'd particularly be interested in. They have yoga, health, spiritual, zen, Buddhist, indigenous peoples, tarot, Chi, books.”
“Really incredible store with a great staff, but this is NOT a USED book store. They sell new books, often at a good discount. It's also a great place to get lost in.”
“A visit to Two Dollar Radio is an experience for all the senses. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The decor, fixtures and furniture are calming and comfortable. The drinks and food are outstanding. The books are diverse and intriguing. The music is just loud enough to provide ambience but not interrupt the atmosphere. We had an amazing time at Two Dollar Radio!”

“Lennox location at 1739 Olentangy River Road Columbus, OH 43212. Easy stop. Plenty of parking. I walked up to the customer service desk and inquired where to find something was personally escorted over to the section and shown where to look. Great service and everyone I spoke to was friendly and engaging. There was a limited selection but was able to find what I was looking for. Item was cheaper buying direct from a 3rd party vendor but was only $4 more here so picked it up. Also got to use my new Barnes & Nobel rewards card.”
“What a great shop. Friendly. Accommodating. Affordable. Approachable! Caters to newcomers and veterans alike. Welcoming to the point of being familial. This place deserves your business if you're event remotely nearby and into comics and pop culture.UPDATE: 12.13.23Still one of the best comic shops in the city, and one of the best places to get pop culture toys, gifts, and more. They're like family to me. Be sure to check out their new location!”
“Every corner of this darling store is curated and inspiring - even the bathroom! If you need a gift, they’ll wrap it for you. Perfect outing with the kid in your life! A huge selection of titles organized by topic. My middle grade reader always finds something new he’s excited about. Support this great local spot!”

2250 N High St, Columbus“Kerouac is my favorite coffee shop around osu’s campus by far. The coffee isn’t overpriced, tastes delicious, and there is a wide variety of other treats available. The best part of Kerouac is definitely its atmosphere. It’s open late and often will have live music or some sort of small performance. The lighting is perfect for a calm chat with a friend or sitting down to read one of the many books they have on the bookstore side of the shop. It’s definitely a more rustic atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: They offer alternative milk for those who do not consume animal products.”

561 S State St, Westerville“My absolute favorite Half Price Bookstore:) Nothing like the one in Reynoldsburg (whose employees are rude and negative). The employees here are super pleasant, kind, engaging and you can tell they care. They also take meticulous care of the place. So much variety and so much to see. Thank you for your exemplary service!!”

1 Capitol Sq, Columbus“The Ohio Capital building is very beautiful. It was great to have the opportunity to tour the building as a constituent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided great background. I would recommend any person who lives in Ohio to pay a visit. It is great to see government in action.”

3527 N High St, Columbus“Wow. There are bookstores that look nice, but where I won't find a single book I just have to read. This bookstore was hot. It was dusty. It took a relatively long while just to check out. But I found a whole stack of unique, fascinating books not found elsewhere. Just walking around in here will rekindle a love of learning about all different kinds of subjects. If not prepared merely to browse for hours, it might be good to make a list of specific hard-to-find/old/out of print authors that you'd like to find, in advance. You'll surely find some treasure that way. There is a cafe just out the door and to the left. They have an (albeit extremely tiny) bathroom, outdoor seating, lemonade, chai, etc.”
“What's not to like? A huge selection of books, games, magazines and craft and activity kits! One of the few places I can get Games magazine.Extremely helpful staff, clean store ... just a great place to shop!”
“In my hundreds of trips to OSU, this was the first one to the bookstore during the Thanksgiving week, the week of the BIG GAME. It was interesting to see all the "M"s struck out. I could help feeling that it was a good thing that "THE Ohio State" did not have the letter "M" in it! ?”

“The booksellers always give a friendly greeting whenever I walk through the door. During my first visit (months ago), Daniel walked me through some of his faves and recommendations based on what I was looking for. The books he suggested opened my eyes to different perspectives and voices within a genre I've been reading for decades. I will be forever grateful for that. So happy that I found Gramercy!Oh, and there's Kitties Coffee right next door. ? and ☕️ always go together ❤️”
