For two and half years, my wife kept suggesting and urging me to start taking classes at Bluespot. For some reason I had some anxiety around doing yoga and doing it in a group setting. I finally started with Bluespot doing their $30 for 30 days deal and found the outlet, away from the busy/crazy days filled with work and kids to be exactly what I needed. I've now been going to classes weekly for the past two or three years. I continue to find peace, strength, humility and community at Bluespot. For those that haven't started the practice, just show up.

I don't know where to start with singing the praises of Blue Spot. I have practiced yoga in studios around the world and feel so fortunate to have this place walking distance from my home. The instructors are top-notch, the studio is spotless, the heat feels amazing, and Staci is always striving to make the studio the best it can be. As a founding member, I have grown to love the family we have built here. I highly recommended Blue Spot to any Yogi in the area.

Bluespot yoga teachers are excellent The instruction helps you advance your practice safely and mindfully The heat ... is amazing .. if you're someone who is hesitant to try heat Do not wait ! The heat helps make the poses easier to do And then at the end of the classes you got a lovely lavender cool towel Which is heavenly and a nice a reward This place is a truly supportive environment

Yoga isn't about pushing your body and stressing it in extreme temperatures to the point of potential injury. Yoga also isn't about inauthenticity. Staci and her husband are bigoted, immature bullies who spend their free time insulting and demeaning neighbors online. Not really the type of people or business I'd recommend to anyone I know. They could benefit from following their own platitudes about love and light and growth. This will probably get deleted by her, but it's the truth and needed to be public, if only until she chooses to remove it.

When the pandemic shut my home studio down I tried BlueSpot. Yet even when my home studio re-opened I'd been hooked and will never go back. It made my other practice seem dangerous and unauthentic. The corporate vibes at my former studio stifled the creativity of my practice which was consistently void of instructive modifications. One breath to one movement at BSY is allowed to be at your pace and skill level and modifications are regularly offered. Staci, Abra, Katie, Camille, Sarah, Sean... literally any and every instructor here models calmness, kindness and gives quality directives to avoid injury and proper posture when cueing a pose. They also offer HIIT and Body Strength classes which truly augment your fitness and yoga practice. Parking is ample, they offer robust class options encompassing virtual, outdoor and in person in studio. The heat is on point and right where it needs to be...oh, yeah, they also give lavender towels at the end of class.... so, that alone should be a selling point. If you're looking for a quality studio I'd highly endorse this choice. Also 30 classes for only $30 intro fees :)

Great studio. The instructors here have definitely helped me take my home practice to the next level. Staci makes sure the studio is spotless and that social distancing measures are taken.

I’ve been coming to Bluespot for several months now and I love the community they’ve built. I had a lot of anxiety around starting yoga but once I went to my first drop in class I felt totally at ease that I didn’t need to be a yoga master in order to practice. Over time I keep getting better and I love everything that I get out of practicing yoga.

I had fine classes at BSY. Please know: when you take a class at BSY you will be required to sign something called a "negligence waiver" that states that not only do you assume the risk of harming yourself (standard everywhere and reasonable), you assume the risk that you will be harmed by an UNreasonable (negligent) act, practice, or condition by the studio or its agents. Ohio typically will allow you to sign away your rights to a reasonable standard of care. I have asked Staci to reconsider this policy over many months and she has declined. So if you think your yoga practice requires being part of an intentional, ethical, responsible community or if you simply don't regularly read long electronic waivers: be warned!
