“Went in with a tire on my vintage bike that was leaking air and they were able to get me fixed up quickly and gave my bike a complete check and tune up! They explained the problem in thorough detail so I knew exactly what the issue was. Shout out to Joe for great service and work ethic. The rest of the team were also super friendly and made sure my bike was in good shape before I left. Prices were very reasonable as well. Happy I found out about this family owned shop and will be back for any of my bike maintenance needs!”

“Some years back my bike got stolen and the person that stole the bike sold it to once ridden bikes. I’m sure the owner had no indication that it was stolen as it was an older used bike. However, I happened to go into their store and my bike was sitting in there. I told the owner that it was my bike and had been stolen. With no questions asked, the owner made a police report and gave my bike back no charge. I was going through a hard time and that meant a lot to me. Thank you to once ridden bikes for giving my bike back. The only regret is that I didn’t write this post sooner.”

Brake lines took 10 minutes to fix, and we were not charged because of a technical difficulty on their end - fantastic customer service! The bill would have been WAY less than we anticipated anyway. Great service, great work, and a joy to to business with. We will be coming back!”
“Amazing for bike service! I bought my first bike ever online and my dad tried his best to put it together, but he’s no mechanic. Brought it into the shop and the staff wasted no time fixing it up for me. Only took 15 minutes and the bike worked like a charm. Service fee is also very reasonable :)”

“My bike got stolen about 2 weeks ago and I needed a replacement asap. I called and asked about a Kona Rove and they told me that they had one in stock in my size. I am very short, only 5 feet tall, so I needed an Extra small gravel bike. Niel was super nice and accommodating, answering all of my questions and helping me pick out the gear I needed. I'll Definitely be back if I need any work done on my bike. Also, Johnny, can I call ya John? I know that the way I purchased the bike wasn't standard, but niel did his best. Please don't give him a hard time. Again, thanks for the help”
“I've been a roll: customer for a long time and I wouldn't think of trusting another shop with my bikes. The store is lively, clean, and just feels like how a bike shop should feel. They support any crazy concept I come up with in my head and make my dream bike a reality. One of the mechanics there, Salim, really takes the time to make sure every detail of a custom build is accounted for so I only have to worry about riding. I've had the same experience at all the roll: stores!”
