Advance Auto Parts is a store with a great team and very informative staff. The store offers a vast array of parts and supplies at reasonable prices. The staff goes above and beyond, providing great service and helping to correct orders and solve problems for customers. However, some find the franchise itself has lost customer service value by not stocking needed items, forcing customers to order elsewhere. Overall, many would recommend it for its helpful and honest employees.

Rented a flate tool, on return I must have not put the money back in my pocket all the way and 20 fell out, this honest group helped me find my receipt and the 20 dollars. Serveice was great!
