I was very happy in the past but recently their service has gone down hill for the small animal practice. On one appointment we had some medication prescribed and I also stated that we needed flea and tick meds. They gave me the prescription meds but not the flea and tick meds. I assumed that I would get the flea meds at the front desk. While at checkout I said that we also needed flea meds and was totally bitched out by Beth that I should have asked the doctor. Um... I did! Another issue that both my daughter and I had was getting timely appointments for spay and neuter for new cats. These were booked 4-5 months out yet every time I was there they seemed overjoyed to pump out c-sections for Pittys and French bulldogs. ? I finally gave up and scheduled my cat for her spay at a different vet, and of course she went into heat before her appointment there. My daughter tried to stick it out with them and was terribly disappointed. She was questioned by a vet on a follow-up vaccine appointment as to why he wasn't neutered yet. Yeah, we are waiting on you guys! She requested that her cat was microchipped while under for neuter. Of course they forgot to do that and argued that she didn't request that. She pointed out that it was right their on the paperwork that she signed. This resulted in a hack job of a microchip placement while not under sedation. They may still be good for large animals, but I definitely would not recommend their small animal practice.

Got an appointment very quickly. Staff was very caring, helpful and considerate. My cat was properly diagnosed and treated, prices were reasonable and fair.

A wonderful veterinarian clinic. As prior clients we were able to schedule an emergency vet visit on a Sunday afternoon. Dr Liming was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about treating my pet. Price on services was expected.

This vet actually cares about your pets! I have a big baby, Bully(Pitbull), and they are so patient with her. Most vets didn't want to deal with her because of her breed. They go above and beyond for their fur baby patients. Would highly recommend them!!

They are a busy practice and tough to get quick appointments but they care about your animals and are very thorough.

Dr.Grace Boyd was amazing vet she went above and beyond for Bentley I would recommend her she cares deeply amazing place!!!!

I found one of my goats very ill the other morning, not eating, walking in circles & tilting his head, I called the vets office & it would be awhile before a vet could get to me , but they said Rusty ( the goat) would sure be looked at if I could bring him in.
I HAD to be going from home all day, so my sweet oldest granddaughter loaded Rusty in the car & took him to the vets office. One of the girls came out & got Rusty for my grand daughter & they ended keeping him for the night. ( I'm glad they made that decision ?)
Next day we went and picked up Rusty with many meds, By the next morning, Rusty was almost ?% back to normal.
Thank you Rolling Hills Vet office for saving Rusty's life .

The office got me in on short notice because my cat had been having some persistent health issues. I was previously seeing another vet in the area who was brushing off my concerns and quite frankly charging an arm/leg. I felt like we were going nowhere with my girl’s problems and I really didn’t mind the money aspect of things, had they shown more care for my sweet girl. Dr. Patchell listened to all of my concerns, educated me after his evaluation, and provided me with a treatment plan I felt more comfortable with. I have so much more hope that my cats health will improve after today’s visit. I am looking forward to bringing her in for follow up well visits in a few months. Thank you so much to the team at rolling hills. I can tell that you all truly care about your patients and am thankful beyond words.
