The business model is fine, they buy salvage bikes and repair them, giving someone a cheap option to get on the road. The issue is the quality of repairs, most of the parts used are scraps from other bikes they couldn’t fix slapped on bikes that they kinda fit then charge a huge markup. Sometimes they just leave broken taillights on bikes and just cut off brackets because it’s cheaper. Handle bars are loose on some bikes and wiring gets hacked up. I’d recommend just save your money and buy a used bike elsewhere if you don’t do a full walk around before showing up with cash.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.!.!.!.!.!.!!
Had went to pick the bike up around 11:30am and everything was fine during the paperwork process, gave this company $4500!!!!! Plus our old bike. Could not test ride the new bike or anything. We leave with the bike and realize it’s running really hot, 267 it was at when we looked. Not even 10 minutes from the shop. We had called them as soon as we had noticed and they said “nobody is available to deal with it just put coolant in the bike”. That is not ok. The bike should have been looked over and dealt with problems like this. At least make sure there is fluids in the bike. We put coolant in no big deal. We get home and the bike catches fire. Completely ruined. They won’t do anything about it. Not even a full day of owning the bike and it shoots up in flames!!
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR BIKE AT ALL!!!!!

Most bikes were damaged and had a lot of miles on them. There were only about 10 to 15 bikes for sale to look at. It looks like the parts they sell are off bikes that they try to sell you back at a mark up. He helmets aren't any good and the staff wasn't very helpful. Your better off to get on Marketplace and get a clean title bike that you can register and ride. Oh ... They sell paintball guns there and fill CO2 tanks too along with selling salvage title bikes. ????

If i could leave 0 stars, I would because 1 is too high. I brought some stuff in to sell and the guy basically insulted me saying none of my stuff was worth a dime when it’s all brand new. Kept leaving and taking care of other customers that came in after me. Waited for about an hour while he took care of other people and finally when i agreed to do a price he set, he wanted $50 less. So i left and would not recommend going here. I know I wont be back.

THEY HAD A DEAD ROOSTER IN THE BACK DRIVEWAY!! That should’ve said it all.
Won’t be going back and wish I read reviews before I decided to go there.
Wanted them to make sure the motor turned over and that’s it. Asked me how much I was trying to spend ? Least as possible obviously but said $200. $300 tops. They called when total was $400 so I couldn’t afford to pick it up until tax return time. Then I go to pick it up and they tell me there’s $250 worth of storage fees on top! According to the lady there’s signs everywhere, so me not knowing is my fault. I live an hour away and I called a few times to let them know I plan to come get it and they never mentioned any fees. Thanks guys appreciate that ! So I paid basically $700 for them to make sure the motor was good and I didn’t even get a video !! Guess I just have to take their word ?!
Owner was fine to deal with, the other guy was a lot better when I picked it up, and the lady at the desk made it more difficult than needed to find my paperwork. Name and type of motorcycle was not enough.
As far as the dead rooster, idk what’s up w that. Kinda weird and suspicious to me. Then again doesn’t surprise me. They take care of their customers the same way.

Well I've been trying to buy a bike outright for 2 weeks and can't seem to give these people my money no matter how hard I try. As most of the reviews I've read, abysmal customer service.

Outdated payment methods, hold bikes for months for non payment customers. But can't take a debit card to secure a bike. Or make payments. Worst shopping experience I've ever had
