So Ken came out to do work on my Moms furnace. He replaced the thermal coupler wire. It ran two days and pilot light went out. So she call him and let him know it went out agin, all he said was you need a new furnace. So I went to look at after work and I called him, he was rude and not professional at all. And agin he told me she needed a new furnace. So after looking at it the part he replaced was loose and not making a good connection. So just a heads up……

Ken doesn't pass on the difficult jobs, he's in it for the long haul.We had to have all the vents replaced and a larger heat pump installed for our double wide. The crawl space (put in before we bought the house) was very minimal. Some places were like army crawling to get the vents replaced. Some of the vents had come apart so for years we had been heating/cooling under our house.Other companies wouldn't even bid on the job. Ken had done a few smaller jobs for us so we asked if he could do this job. He gave us a fair bid and we accepted. Ken was professional, always on time and got the entire job done in record time.When he turned the system on we were all pleased to have cool air blowing throughout our entire home.Thanks Ken. We will recommend you to family and friends.

After using one of the corporate owned HVAC repair services, I said never again. Each time that I have used Ken's HVAC service, he has come out within 3 hours or sooner and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it right away. I highly recommend his services. Plus he doesn't push and push you to get a new unit like Help does. If it can be fixed, he will fix it. Honesty and integrity are important in an HVAC company.
