“We were welcomed by Brady. Who walked us through the truck section he explained everything to us about different styles of trucks. Answering all the questions we thought to ask. He made our decision very easy to make, we did tell him we had to look at a couple other places. When we did he asked us to wait so he could get us one of his cards and when he came back out the manager came with him and introduced himself as Andrew also letting us know he has a similar truck and explained more into detail about the truck’s suspension. We did go to a few other places that we were disappointed that there sales people did not seem to show as much interest in explaining details. Heather was also helping out. But we returned to Firelands Chevrolet because we couldn’t stop thinking about how much we really liked the Bison Silverado and how Brady and crew sold us on how much they seemed to know and how willing they were to take there time to walk us through everything to get the truck we love. Definitely will recommend Firelands Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.”
“Can’t say I have any complaints. Nick was beyond helpful and, on top of being knowledgeable, knew where to find answers to any of my questions. Responded very fast as well, usually within a few minutes or often times less. Even got a new gym playlist from this guy. Great customer service! “It’s been awhile since I bought a car from them. (A few months) I cannot quite remember the name of my sales representative. But she was so kind and so personable !! We found the car on true car… the price, mileage, literally everythingAbout the car was perfect. The only issue was we lived all the way in MISSOURI!!! We called and put a deposit down for the car and made a trip!! (10 hour trip) when we arrived we were greeted by almost the whole entire team! We test drove the car. Fell more in love with it. And we went through all the nitty gritty of buying the car! They offered us food and water too! It was probably the BEST dealership experience I ever had! 10/10 recommend this place for anyone locally and even far away who is looking for a new car. “Took my car to B&N Automotive, this morning. My ignition switch occasionally was not releasing my key when I turned it off. Mike took my car into the shop and a half hour later Rick came back with computer printout saying that the manufacture has extended their warranty to cover this repair. I then called the dealer, and now have an appointment next week for the switch to be replaced at no cost! From my own online research, this is a repair that could have cost (parts and labor) up to $800. These guys are super. I give B&N Automotive 10 stars on a 5-star scale!”
“Okay, This one you may not believe. While returning from delivering furniture to Amherst, Ohio, our delivery truck literally turned off while at speed and under power. We coasted into the parking lot of TNT automotive. Tom immediately came out, diagnosed our problem which turned out to be a faulty fuel gauge resulting in an empty fuel tank. He loaned me his pickup truck to get 5 gallons of gas, and we were back on the road. All with the most pleasant attitude. If we were closer, he would have all of our commercial and personal business... His acts of kindness cannot go un noticed..”

“We were driving from Virginia to Michigan when our car started making a weird sound at 6:30 PM. We found this business that was open until 9. He found that both our front tires were loose, likely from the work we had done the day before at another location. He fixed them right away and we were able to safely continue our trip. “This place is an absolute gem in the auto repair industry, and if you are in Milan Ohio, you should make this place your regular repair shop.I am taking the time to post a second review from my business profile because this repair shop, and David, deserve it.I had to use this place's services back in August when my battery and starter failed on a trip to Ohio to visit family. It is now January, and unfortunately, my starter failed. (I do not blame this mechanic shop whatsoever, things happen, and sometimes new parts just fail.) I'm writing this review because of how well they handled this situation.When I called David to tell them what happened, he got right into problem solving. My starter was covered under warranty, and even though I was several states away, he made it a priority to call my preferred mechanic shop to work out details and make sure I got my vehicle fixed promptly.For a second time, this shop went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle got taken care of, and if I lived in the area, they would get all of my vehicle repair work. “I was there today (12/12/23) and had a tire repaired. Great job finding the problem and repairing the tire. Washed the car( did a lousy job!). It wasn't vacuumed and was still half wet. I get a better wash at the car wash!”

Now Josh on the other hand I don’t appreciate being stranded for hours waiting on a tow just for you to pass it off after your arrival time. Not very good business.
