Kayla helped find packaging and send my package. She insured it was going where I wanted and gave the 3 different options for how I wanted it sent. She’s a helpful and very nice employee.

Worst customer service and manager I have ever had to deal with. Aaron did not want to take my return even though I had a valid label. I have returned 2 of these in the past and had no issues. He just didn't want to do his job or deal with a large package and his suggestion was to contact Amazon or UPS corporate. I then go down to the next location and surprise, surprise. They not only take it, they loaded it up on a cart and pushed it into the building, made sure it was ready to go, and provided me with a receipt free of charge. Skip this location and go somewhere that cares. This location will then close and not be missed.

I had them ship something to my home in Florida. The lady asked if it’s fragile and if I would like them to pack it. It’s a bit pricey but, they did an amazing job packing it. There wasn’t a chance that anything was going to break during shipping.
