I went up to the store to get change the person that was helping me was so nice until her coworker next to her jumped in and yelled that they are not a bank out of nowhere I felt that it was very rude because I’m a regular at the store I called the store to let the manager know how I felt Becky and she also yelled at me and told me to take it up with corporate and hung up on me! Makes me feel uncomfortable about going back to the store !

I usually stop in 1-2 times a week for Monster Energy Drinks. The staff is accurate and friendly. The manager on duty during the morning is on top of everything. She's cleaning, wiping and spraying things down and making sure the staff is doing an amazing job, which they always are. The crew is only great with the leadership of their managers. This particular location is great. Great access to the freeway too.

If I could give 0 stars I would, waited 20 minutes almost for my food then they proceeded to tell me that they were out of it and “unfortunately couldn’t do anything about it”. Would have rather gave the money to Uncle Sam.

This was the most uncomfortable experience that I’ve had just trying to purchase gas. I came in, ( I’m not from this area, and I never really go in gas stations myself, however I walk in nobody says anything ok cool, I don’t mind.. so there is staff member standing right at the self check out infront of me, looks at me and him and his co worker walk away towards the back. I’m just confused because I did not see the sign, and he was standing there as if he was going to ring someone out, or if they were using the other register they could have just said hey I’ll help you over here. Instead I get told “ if you aren’t going to use a self check out then don’t stand by one” so just by that remark towards me I just felt like it was wrong, I don’t need a attitude everyone’s life is hard as it is. I understand if you’re having a bad day but you don’t have to take it out on customers. Not even 2 seconds after I walk away he is ringing out another customer, and is talking to his co worker before I could even walk out of the door saying “ if you aren’t gonna use the self check out don’t stand by it you idiot “?? Why say that and I’m still INSIDE THE STORE. I can hear you. That’s just very rude. I asked for my receipt so I knew who I could talk to and he said “ your 20$ reciept.” As I confronted him to what he was saying about me , he said he was talking to his co worker. So I said okay I can hear you though, I haven’t even left the store. His name was Samuel. I asked to speak to the manager in charge, he said “ I have a black shirt I am one” I don’t work at speedway, how am I supposed to know the color code with shirts rather who is and is not a manager? Why can’t he just say I am. Then when I go outside to pump my gas, I’m telling my sister what happened and how frustrated I was and he gets on the speaker that you can communicate through while I’m pumping gas and starts yelling “ come get it come get it “… very uncomfortable. I didn’t even feel right leaving the parking lot. I have my 2 year old in the car and my little sister, why should they have to hear someone yelling through a speaker at me scaring my family. I know I only spent 20$, but there is a way that you talk to and treat people. There’s such thing as common courtesy… at the end of the day your job is your job and if you are going to take your anger out on customers maybe you should stay home..

Food took forever and was absolutely revolting. Boxes were soft and wet with stinking oil across every inch.

If you come in after 11:30, there's no food, but maybe some old hot dogs that have been on there 4 or five hours. Nobody cares about people who work third shiftanymore.

Worst customer service ever. Asked the male clerk about a coupon he right away showed attitude. I asked can u check on rewards he replied not his job. He started cursing and saying if u don't like this place then don't come back. Lady blonde manager Tiffany is also rude. Have seen them arguing with other customers. This place is goin to hell since new management took over . They don't care about customer, place is filthy and they don't care about customers. I will not spend money here anymore. They must take action on employees who use profanity towards customers.

This speedway is a frequent stop for me for fuel and for food and drinks. The staff is friendly. The bathroom is clean, and the hot food is pretty good. The personal pizza is my favorite menu item.

One of the worst gas stations ever, 0 customer service, the cashier was very rude on my Last visit and said that he hates his job witch is inappropriateto to share with customers..,as an advice go get your stuff customer service training or take them to get go so they can teach them professionalism and customer service exllence
