Phenomenal customer service and great work. Jim not only helped me get a loaner car but also my husband due to us both being in accidents! They were always in contact with me and kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car. I was so impressed.

May be good, however, I do not trust their very low body work repair cost estimate. Chances are much more to follow once one surrenders the vehicle. This may be an insurance thing instead of blaming the facility.

Serpentini did an awesome job repairing damage to my vehicle after an accident. The repairs were completed about a week earlier than expected and my car was very clean when I picked it up. Great coordination with Enterprise as well.Services: Painting

I was very impressed with the Serpentini Collision Center in Willoughby Hills. What started off as a rough experience, difference in what was advertised on the website, and what was offered regarding a loaner vehicle, it was taken care of swiftly.The work done on my car was excellent, with a perfect paint match. Additionally, the staff was kind and courteous. Work was done within the week. I would recommend Serpentini Collision Center in Willoughby Hills.

I dropped off my uncles Sportage for some front end damage while he was in the hospital, they were very understanding to the situation and got the car fixed within about 3 weeks, the car looked great when it was done, highly recommend!!!!Services: Painting

My car was one of a couple cars broken into in a parking lot at downtown Cleveland. I came to them despite the 20 mins drive being told they would be able to replace my window same day. The job did take longer than expected which I didn’t mind. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my customer service. I didn’t like how I was treated & the work was poor they gave me a hard time about replacing a vent that was broken scratches on my car they said they’d fix & didn’t & they never fixed the lock on my door that I brought up multiple times. I hated my experience the customer service was really bad & the work I would of definitely gone somewhere else had I realized it would of taken the same amount of time & my car would of been taken care of properly. When I got my car back all my belongings in the car was thrown in the back seat & it was still a good amount of glass pieces In my car I cut my hand clearing out my back seat.

Great service! Quick and efficient repairs. They seem to be pros at working with many insurances so that was pretty seamless.Only small issue was that I gave them my personal cell phone upfront a couple of times and I don’t think anyone actually wrote it down. They were calling my wife’s work cell phone from the insurance company to let us know our vehicle was ready. While I didn’t mind having the rental an extra couple of days, it could have become an issue if we started to get charged out of pocket; however, it all worked out and we would use this body shop again!

Extremely disappointed! They are fine for body work, but if you want mechanical checked your better off taking it somewhere else. When I dropped it off I told them about my mechanical concerns and was told they would get it checked. When they called to say it was done they told me it had been checked. When I picked it up and questioned it they gave me the “insurance would not have covered it” run around because they failed to do what they said they would. Next time I’ll take my vehicle to someone I can trust!!Services: Painting

The manager was really disrespect when I was talking with him. The work on my car was a trash. I don't recommend this place for nothing. Really bad services.

It was going to be two weeks to get the car in for an estimate and they would not be able to repair it until sometime in September. Sorry but couldn't wait that long.
