Two weeks ago, I walked in to speak to the front desk about finding a new vet for my pooch, and I mentioned how incompetent and terrible his previous one proved to be; Providing a recent horror story. They told me "we aren't accepting any new patients". Two days later, my sister called to set up an appointment for Dante (my dog's brother) as a new patient - "Absolutely no problem!", they said. Another visit? "No new patients" from the same person. Apparently, if you talk bad about one veterinarian...some will deny your pet service. Sanstone Animal Hospital is one of these.
