The ATM's are terrible at this location. The drive through one is never operational in the morning. I'm talking around 8 am. Shouldn't it be operational for the morning crowd? The answer is :YES.

ATM’s never work properly. Deposit cash & didn’t even show in my account. Customer service said it’ll take 3-10 days to get back to me.

PNC Bank in general doesn’t care about its customers. The Berea, Ohio branch is where the must train there in indifference!

My best advice I could give you is find another bank. I’ve never been treated worse by a business. 32 days in and I’ve yet to receive anything to register my vehicle. My car note is due in 2 weeks for a car that I’m unable to register and PNC will do nothing to help. Not in the branch or there executive offices. FIND ANOTHER BANK!!!!!!!!

There always seems to be something wrong here. Surely their poor star ratings display incompetence of staff at this location as well. You call, you’re on hold and they just hang up. 3 times in a row. Never answer during those holds you sit in silence. Finally the 4th time someone picks up, I’m a pnc member trying to get POA auto title docs notarized and I’m told they can do it and even more so, the notary is on standby and ready so head on up! I do just that, to show up and be told it’s a “pnc rule” to not notarize those types of documents. What??? I’ve had it done with other family members with PNC before? And why when I called did you say yes just to say no when I waste time driving here? Staff needs replaced here. Just chaos any time you visit. Busy or not. No one ever seems to know what’s going on. After many years of banking and running our home loans through pnc that will stop this year.

I usually rate PNC as a 5 but today was different. I closed on a Home Equity Line of Credit and was assured that the payment would automatically come out of my checking account each month. I kept getting emails telling me to sign up for auto pay. I ignored them. Today I got a letter tht stated the payment would come out on the 15th but it looked like the amount would be zero. Concerned I went to the Berea Bagley branch for clarification. I tried calling but no one picked up the call. When I got there, a young guy with thinning hair (sorry, it's the only description I have he did't tell me his name) asked what I wanted. There were several men waiting as well. I explained my issue. He took the letter I brought with me and proceded to read it to me. I am an older woman but a college graduate so I can read. I told him I can read. He then thrust the letter into my hands and in a dismissive way told me to sign into the Que, the guy next to me was next. And he walked away. I knew I would not be jumping the line, I didn't expect to be served next. I expected he would say they would be right with me if I signed into the que. I didn't expect him to read the letter out loud in front of everyone in such a condescending way. My experience at that branch with the women who work there has always been positive, especially Dawn. The men however have proven to me to be either poorly trained or just plain jerks.

I always appreciate how friendly and helpful the teller's are. Been with PNC a long time, see no reason to change.

Do not bank here. Cancel all pnc accounts if you do. They will steal your money, Not process payments and lock you out of online banking and atms. They will not let you have access to one dime if they feel they don’t like you. You will have no other option but to remove cash manually from a branch. Forcing you to cancel your account. They feel that they can judge you by race, political standing or your purchases and lock your money into a black hole until you close the account. Kiss goodbye to all your online payments they will not process them. The staff inside this location is rude and very angry and are used to judge you and your account to their standards.

Very disappointed from Ron. This person is a trap for running your credit reports without your knowledge. He is quite. Slick. This branch is aplenty of employees who does not care about there customers. Stay away from this branch.( Identify thefts possible )

Credit Card machine at my pharmacy was down so I needed to pull money from my HSA debit card to get my medicine. Went to this ATM at this branch placed my card in the machine and an error message popped saying to come inside. Was told wife would need to be present to get card back. Next day wife attempted and was told machine ate it. Called Ron who I spoke with on Friday and he confirmed it was eaten. When asked why he replied " I don't really know it's policy" I asked if policy why is there no warning to inform customers of this he replied "I'm not really sure why they don't". So now I have to wait two to three weeks for a new card which means I will be waiting that long to get my prescription medicine. This has me questioning Why I still bank with PNC when other banks like Consumer Credit Union offer much better incentives and customer service. Thanks PNC as usual I am left high and dry due to a "policy" issue.
