Same situation as other...I am the customer who pays on time, been with them for 10 years, pay a monthly service fee and an annual fee and you get nothing from them. Their equipment works only sometimes, I get violations from other partner states (NY, MA) at just some of the toll plaza's, NOT all. I can't get the bills fixed from those states and end up paying huge fee's and finds because the OH equipment is spotty. And forget getting a hold of anyone. Several attempts made...NOTHING! OH...get out of this business if you are NOT going to run it!

This is THE WORST run company ever. I have tried calling for over a week to speak to someone. Either they are busy and the call disconnects or you wait on hold for 20+ minutes and then get disconnected. I stopped at the toll booth one night on my way home and explained to the lady my transponder stopped working and told her about trying to get ahold of someone. She said to go knock on their front door until they answer, since they dont respond. So I drove to their facility in Berea, cant get in. You have to pick up a phone out front which calls the main number. I explained i was at THEIR FRONT DOOR and had issues with my transponder. Explained I tried calling for over a week and submitted a ticket and she transfers my call to the same department I called for the past week, WHILE I AM STANDING AT THE DOOR!!!!!! They do NOT care about anyone!!!!!

We got on turnpike in streetsboro and there was no ticket tried calling no one answered. We couldn't back up so had to go through gate was up. Got off in strongsville and had to pay full price .we contacted them and still not refunded over a month. It was their fault not ours and we should have been paid back instantly. What a joke. Someone needs to do their job. I can't believe you have a phone there but no one answered? WHY have it? Plus you have videos that prove we tried calling and gate was up so why do you feel you can pay us whenever you feel like it??????

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Phone is either too busy or has a 2+ hour wait. Live chat is only open for a 2 hour window Monday through Friday. Contact Us ticket results in an error every time I click enter. Is there a single person working for the entire customer service department? I feel sorry for them because that's what it appears to be. What a joke.

0ne star only because there is no ZERO. On a long trip Ezpass stopped working. Now it’s worse, you can’t get through to them, 299 minute wait..!!!! Send email to email address…. No response.

The ohio turnpike administration is very poorly run. I have a EZ pass their equipment failed so the waste tax dollars sending me a bill instead of just manually charging my EZ pass the have the vehicle description and plate number. So i have wasted part of my day paying it. I have plenty in my account for them to get paid.
They make it impossible to contact them. The administration isn’t doing their job.
When i tried to contact them they requested my username and password understandably so. But then i had to manually re-enter all the same information associated with my account. Do better people it’s a job that you get tax dollars paid to you for that. I squarely blame the administration top people for this.

Avoid using the turnpike in Ohio if you can, trash service, trash people, can’t believe they get away with anything they choose too.

Was charged the fee for the whole Turnpike when their machine did not issue me a ticket when I entered. I was told I should have hit the help button which I did three times, just to get a busy signal and no help. Called to dispute the charge and was told that I has to dispute it with my credit card company, which I shouldn't have to as I have the receipt from the toll transaction. I should not be charged nor penalized because the ticket machine didn't work.

left on the side of the road for 3+ hours after being ghosted by AAA, called commission directly and within 10 minutes got a call from a tow truck company!

stopped at rest area with 2 dogs. signs posted everywhere that dogs needed to go to dog exercise area. we drove around and forced into "Do Not Enter" areas to find a place for our dogs. We discovered the dog area was now the new Tesla Charging Area- THERE IS NO DESIGNATED DOG AREA!!!! How bout you remove the signs!!!!! only place to eat was an over- priced Pizza Hit and Burger King. At least bathrooms were clean. Ohio Turnpike sucks!

Discriminates against people who have handicapped vans. They charged us for class 2 and class 5 on separate occasions. When we explained we had a regular handicapped vehicle and they said too bad, we just work here. It was around $20 to go from the west entrance to exit 91. Horrible customer service! We spent more in Ohio than we did in Illinois and Indiana combined. Those states only charged us for a passenger vehicle.
