Every time I've been here I've had outstanding sales service and technical service. The gentleman knows his business and it's not out to get you. He is there to serve you in the best possible way. I would never think of going anywhere else.

I had to finally break down and buy a new phone. The young gentleman that worked there was awesome, helped me with everything I needed and was pretty quick and painless.

What is wrong with these store owners. Stop ripping people off and correct your store hours if you ain't going to be open. Wasted money on Uber to get to a store closed two hours early. I hope T-Mobile shuts down these stores and get people like your customer service agents that care and get things done.

Had good experience with them in the past. Stopped by yesterday with phone problem. Door said open at 10 am. Waited till 10:15 and couldn't wait anymore. Before that had great experience with them. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Must have caught them on a bad day. Life happens. Will try again and hopefully better results

I cant stand this store. It never fails any time I give this location a chance to redeem themselves as it IS my local store and I believe in supporting "local" businesses, nope.

On 9-13-21, Andrew (a new associate) was super friendly and helpful with switching my phone number over to a different phone! I went to this location in Berea, OH based on the interaction I had with him initially over the phone and his willingness to help. On the contrary, though I would definitely NOT recommend the location at 466 Abbe Rd N, Elyria, OH. The lady who answered the phone was very rude! Because according to her, she was "busy assisting customers," she would not even answer ONE simple question (even though I told her I was willing to hold or call back). She then abruptly cut me off, and insisted that I come into the store instead!! For one, I wasn't going to drive all the way out to the store just to find out that she couldn't help me. Secondly, I definitely didn't want to deal with her in person after she was so rude to me over the phone! Dealing with a broken phone was already frustrating enough, so I'm so glad Andrew was not like that at all! He was patient and kind. It was worth the drive out to Berea! Thank you very much!! I will definitely be coming back in the future! ?
