The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to figure things out. My home is 118 years old. Although the storm windows were added later, I couldn't find a replacement screen. Bingo. Western Window had the solution. Driving more than 40 miles was worth it. It is a family owned business with a customer service attitude unmatched by many. If you need a window or window accessory you can't find, give them a call.”
