It's usually clean and well-kempt by friendly workers. It has a self-scan which makes every quick stop fast. And it feels safe and open unlik3 some other gastations.

Great store, The staff inside was friendly and helpful. You can buy snacks, ice, beer, soda and milk- lottery, cigarettes, chew & a lighter all in one store

I have been going to this circle K for 16 years and in that time, I have seen a lot. Their prices on things have gone up so much compared to other stores, it’s insane. After the pandemic, they installed a self checkout machine. They force you to use it even when no one is in line and they are standing there doing nothing. I’m not sure who thought this was a good idea, but as someone who needs human connection, especially after being isolated during the pandemic, this makes me see red. I can understand if there was a line of people waiting to check out, but even if you are the only one there , they will still make you use it while they stand there twiddling their thumbs. Now they’ve also started carding everyone regardless of their age. Saw someone in their 70’s being carded. How ridiculous! I will be going to other stores where they don’t make it as inconvenient as possible for their customers. Their polar pop and ice machine is always broken as well so if you pay for their sip and save, don’t expect to get it…

This store continues to be great! There is new manager there and she is friendly and customer-focused. The store is organized and stocked. I believe the manager I am writing about is Josie. She is a keeper!

I hate to even do this because I worked in the public eye before but I am sorry the lady/manager that works mornings is so mean just down right rude... I always take my son in there and he is 6 and today she grabbed his stuff slammed it down next to her everything she scanned she threw the scanner down hard also, I told my son to back up cause he looked at me and he was getting scared and this is not the first time she has done this.. Find a new Job if ur that unhappy

They totally lie about it being 24 hours. Any time I go it’s closed doesn’t matter if it’s noon or 2pm or 7pm. Went in there at 2pm and they hadn’t even collected the mail that was delivered probably 5 hours prior.

This has to be the most organized- cleanest Circle K that I’ve seen in my life! Nothing is out of place here. The equipment looks well maintained and the shelves are perfect! Most Circle K’s are run down- roofs leaking and mostly a mess and out of date food or out of stock especially on the East Side of Cleveland- those stores are awful and so mismanaged and out of nowhere I walk into literally a perfect store. Why is this the only store on the West Side of Cleveland that’s doing their job? I just want to congratulate all of you here. This was unexpected. This is how a store should look like. Everyone give a round of applause to the Berea, Ohio Circle K!!!
