My aunt wrote my wife and I a check for us because of the arrival of our newborn son. Because the check had my wife's and my name on it, the woman would not cash the check without my wife present, even with her endorsement on the back. Chase is perpetually known to make things like this complicated for some reason. My aunts bank account at chase, mine and my wife's endorsement, there should be ZERO problems with me wanting to cash this check. Rude employee as well. NEVER opening an account with them.

Everyone there gives 110 percent customer service. All friendly and go out of their way. Recently I went in to get a paper notorized. I was struggling to walk cashier saw me holding on to wall and shouted out and asked if I needed help and also anything I needed. I told her why I was there and then Patty Jo Silvaggio stood up and had me sit at her desk. She took care of my needs. She was very happy and friendly. She made me feel welcome and relaxed. She even offered to pull car up to the front door. She walked with me to the outside and stayed outside until I was safely in my car. Thank you Chase Bank. You are all wonderful. Kim

Went into this branch at 4:30 to open a new checking and savings account. I didn’t think it would be a problem as they close at 6pm... the man and woman at the teller position told me to wait for a banker to come out. I waited 15mins. Finally the banker walks out from the back, rolls her eyes at me and says right this way. I sit down, inform her what I’d like to open, she then says, oh it’s too late, it’ll take atleast 30mins to do. It’s now 5:00pm and I’ve waited 30 mins for her to tell me a 30 min job is too much for and hour of the workday left. Needless to say, I drove down the street to Huntington and am much more satisfied. They even had a better promo going and signed me up that day. Never ever chase again

I stopped by the bank today to get a money order and the woman at the desk was absolutely so nasty to me! I was shocked at how rude the service was. All I wanted to do was get a money order for a fundraising event....
