Great work and finished very promptly!! I took a few rings in for sizing/repair and he did an amazing job!! Very reasonable prices. The location should be updated via the Uber app, it directs the driver to the old location across the street.

They restored my broken Omega watch perfectly. I also had a Wittnauer watch which needed extra links in the band. No one else could do it, but C.S. Johns dug up links and fixed it for me. Terrific store. Highly recommended.

C. S. John's is a staple in Berea. They were established in 1928 and have been in business ever since. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a wide selection of jewelry. I've purchased earrings, necklaces, and wedding bands there over the years. They also do custom jewelry design, as well as repair, replating, appraisals, and engraving. Can't recommend them enough!

Extremely disappointed. I dropped my engagement ring off to get sized and then the building shut down due to Covid (understandable) it took 3 weeks to finally get my ring back. Once I got home I noticed a ton of deep horrible scuffs and scratched in my ring and the bottom looks like it was burnt and has a brownish tint to it. I am so upset and scared to even tell my fiance about it.

Matt worked with my fiancé to customize a PERFECT engagement ring for me. My fiancé can’t talk more about how attentive and knowledgeable Matt was, and how seamless and easy the process was with him. I’m very lucky that he was in good hands, and I can’t wait to wear this ring forever!! I can’t stop staring, admiring, etc. it’s all that I’ve ever dreamed of (and more)! We went and got my ring resized, and he was so personable, timely, and professional. We will be heading to Matt for all future jewelry needs (and wants ?)! Can’t recommend him enough!!
