Decided to go with Bath Planet (Joyce Bath Factory Direct) when my husband was having another of his many surgeries. We said many times it was the best decision we ever made to our home. It made the recovery process easier with the seat & an additional lower shower holder installed. We did our homework & interviewed a few of the bath businesses. Dwain was our rep who was very informative, friendly (great personality) & knew his company's products very well. Matt was the installer & did a great job. I was interested in a bathroom remodel 2.5 years ago so I went to the Home Remodel show and filled out a form to get more information, just like I did with other companies. BathPlanet kept bombarding me with informational material through phone calls and text messages, looking to schedule an estimate. About 6 months after that, I sold that house and told BathPlanet about it. They said they will stop contacting me as I am no longer in the market. Just now, July 2nd, Jason from BathPlanet send me a text message asking if I am still in the market for a new bathroom. I work in sales and this is just a bad business practice.

I highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking for a great value, but also an amazing quality. I have had a lot of estimates for a lot of different projects, but Bath Planet was by far my favorite. The way the design specialist helped us build and create a bathroom that fit our needs and was right for our home was like nothing I had ever experienced before. The installation team was quicj, and they left the bathroom looking cleaner than it was when they started! Two thumbs up! And if I had more thumbs, they'd be up, too!Service: Remodeling

Cheryl Lynn FurgelWe are really happy with the overall experience we had with Bath Planet in Akron OH when looking for a new shower for my father. From the sales gal Mary at the market who was friendly and knowledgeable to the salesperson Mark who came to the house and explained everything so Dad understood. Not pushy or overpowering like other companies. Just a friendly and fun experience. Great price as well!!
