Great customer service! I came here with a battery issue and I visited this place maybe 3 times in two days with questions about batteries and boosters. They were pleasant and patient each time. I finally had my battery replaced by them and Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find customer service like that and they deserve this good review.

Mike is so nice I greatly respect him Seth is very helpfulty so much but there a new guy name badge Louie very disrespectful I heard him tell the other guy he work with if a fat chick come in help her she will tip us he must be a driver after I was getting ready to leave he cut in front of me pulled out very disrespectful I got down the street and I blown my horn for him to go he gave me the finger I don't know why AutoZone hire ppl like this but I will be calling corporate

Worst place to go I was told to go and wait on the next person to help me when there was another person standing behind the desk standing there on his phone he was not on break and his name tag said Louie if this is how customer service is I will never go back there Word of Mouth does get around Getaround sad I heard Manger don't do anything they speck bad about other ppl that should not happen in autozone customer service to come first

Was given help right away. The technician checked my battery for free. Determined I needed a new car battery and he replaced it and was respectful courteous and very helpful.

Thanks again Auto Zone in Berea.
I went there today my car head light was out. The employee that helped me was great! He went out to find out which CRV I had, and replaced my light. I believe his name was Colin. I always go there for oil, Batteries ,wipers and Filters for the car and mower. They are friendly and know their products.

Great prices staff is very nice very clean store how about some windshield wipers and the employee Louie c put that on for me he was so nice and respectful I just want to say thank you to the store and thank you to that employee very nice very respectful I would go back that's why I give it 5 Stars I tried to give him a tip but he did not accept it can you tell me he was just doing his job ty auto zone nice kind-hearted person we need more people like this in the world

Stopped here for a headlamp for my headlight and Mike went above and beyond! It's so nice when people take the time to really help educate you on your car when you really need to understand it. He actually came out and changed my headlamp for me because the one I had to replace about a month ago was so badly stuck I couldn't get it changed out. I asked him questions about my brakes and he was super thorough and so very helpful. Thanks Mike for being a real awesome human being and understanding my needs when I come to your store!

Needed a new battery. Stopped in and worked with Mike and Juan and they were PHENOMENAL!!!! Felt like 2 family friend working on my car. They took time and explained things to me and were so helpful!!! Highly recommend working with those guys!!! Thanks so much Mike and Juan!!!!
