“In the midst of remodeling an older home for our daughter who is an Intervention Specialist for pre-school children, we experienced very good consumer service in all departments. Doug however in the check out area would not honor our 10% discount which ALL other cashiers have honored. After paying per debit card ( cash,) he followed us to the transport vehicle not to assist with unloading..... rather monitoring the box on the bottom which we conveyed was crushed on the end. W”
“Online there seemed to be a pickup truck available to rent, but once I got there I found out they do not offer them at all and my reservation was easily remedied with a box truck. They were fast and friendly, easy to pick up a rental and return. Box truck was higher than uhaul prices though.”
