I shopped today at this Kroger. I purchased an organic bag of apples the week before. I found them to be rotten, the last four, and moldy. I took a picture of this in front of the Kroger Organic Bag. I asked for a Manager and was told that a receipt was needed. I asked them to look it up via my ALT ID nos. They wouldn't and didn't even offer a discount on the next bag I was purchasing. They refused to provide the store managers phone number. I hope they miss my business.

Wow , Tell me how ugly this is . I went into krogers in Belore ohio tonight and had just been there 2 days ago. Bought alot of grocery's . . I bought some bakery pepperoni rolls at $5-49 .I went to get mommy and I a pepperoni roll and ranch dip for lunch 2 days later and Omg I hope I can post a pic of how they were so molded . Very upset I went to Kroger and kindly talked to a gentlemen Skyler and showed him the molded rolls. Said I'd just like to get a fresh pack. And showed him the mold . . As I went to get a fresh pack and they were out . He said I'm sorry mam but the manager Dan won't let you have a different pack. Another employee had walked up and made a comment about someone putting old bad stuff out from bakery at the same time. But the manager refused to give me a pack of pepperoni rolls to replace the molded ones I had just bought . I asked for corporates number . Even looked to talk to the manager . Who was no place to be found. . This is wrong . I will be calling corporate . .This manager needs training . Makes me never want to shop there again. Krogers use to be my fav store . Thanks to imature management . i won't be bk and I will let everyone know how rude and embarrassing this was . Shame on you Mr mgmt .

Lines with 30+ people stretching into the pizza aisle. Phones will ring until the cows come home. They decreased their hours to pretty much be non-functional for the working people.I would use Rite Aid they are very professional and well staffed. This place doesn't function as a pharmacy any more and should be closed.

In the Parkersburg/Belpre area, this is my favorite Kroger because I can usually find better produce with more available selections than at the other Krogers. Also, I can find many items related to my Whole Foods Plant Based diet, such as plant based meats, cheeses, butter, etc... I love the authentic sushi kiosk in the deli area and the fresh baked bread. People who work there are friendly and helpful. What I do not love is checkout. Usually, there are only one or two cashier-run registers; the rest are self-checkout, and there is usually a long line at all of them. I have a pleasant experience shopping in the store, but checking out is a pain.

If you have about two hours to spend standing in line be sure and get your prescriptions filled here. The long lines, errors, and overall employee turnover make this Kroger pharmacy an extremely painful experience.

my kroger act # is 481 112 075 139 the "instacart' delivery service you have now is "not working". i put in an order jan 8. some of the items you didn't have. they charged my visa acct $78.66. the actual items i did receive come to $45.40. i emailed them the problem. they then sent me so-called "promotions" in the amt of $37.85 with very close expired dates. and must spend $35.00 to even get the "promotion" they sent. this is absolutely unacceptable. they say they didn't charge me for the items i didn't receive but they did. please credit my visa credit card for the amount of $33.26. this instacart is not working at all. it is a scam if you look at my acct you can probably see where i have been trying to get them to credit my visa. they should not have charged me for the items i didn't receive in the first place and they did just that. please send me an email w/ the correction needed and get another delivery service or do it yourself like it was before instacart took over. thank you. pauline dorst

Service used to be great, and we have been customers for over 20 years. Recently service has deteriorated to the point we are considering changing pharmacies. Lines are unreasonably long, and phone calls are never answered. Telephone system no longer works. We are constantly trying to call for overdue prescriptions, but nobody answers the phone. Automatic refills are no longer automatic. Hours continue to be cut back. I have never seen customer service of such vital importance deteriorate so badly so fast. Absolutely terrible!

I am only writing this review in hopes that whoever manages the pharmacies for Kroger will read and take notice. My mother's normal mail delivery pharmacy could no longer get a medication she takes daily. Her medical provider called the prescription into Kroger due to them having it. I phoned yesterday mid-morning to make sure it had been phoned in. The automated pharmacy help line said that it could be picked up any time after noon. So I went there directly after work hoping to beat the 5:00 rush. I arrived around 4:40 and there was already a line of approximately 20 people. So I patiently waited. Only one lady was working the register so it wasn't moving very fast. Around 5:05 I finally made it to the register. I was told that the insurance was needing certification or something similar to that. So I gave the lady my phone to verify my mothers RX insurance. She input the information, told me the approximate cost and asked me to step aside and they would have it ready in about 15 minutes. So I patiently waited an additional 20 minutes until they called my mother's last name. I went back to the register only to be told that they did not have the medication available at this location but they did at a different location. They did give me the option to go to the other and pick up that evening or have them order and have ready the following day. I chose the latter. In total I was there nearly an hour for nothing. That's my only complaint. Shouldn't that be the first thing you check ?

So let me see if I understand this: A pharmacy that is already so busy, that at any given point in the day, the line is backed up past the self checkouts is going to cut it's hours of operation even more?

The pharmacy is great, the employees are great, but can be a little judgemental about medications. Other than that it is in and out and if there's a wait it's not usually long. Thanks.

The staff is always pleasant. The selections are good for a small store. One thing I had a hard time finding all over town, these guys carry. My favorite coffee to get my day started. Thanks for carrying this Kroger.

I went there here recently and went to the meat department to purchase some burgers & kebabs. Ended up waiting for over 15 minutes before the employee in the seafood section got fed up with watching the meat shop employees walk by and blatantly ignore us. After we finally got our meat, we went and picked up about 20 cans of Arizona tea, which I had gotten a rain check for a week prior. When we went to check out seeing that the only lane that was open was Register 10 which had a huge line, we decided to go through self checkout. We proceed to ring up our purchases saving the Arizona teas and the rain check for last, knowing that the price would have to be overridden by the SCO attendant. I pushed the call attendant button to alert the gentleman working SCO that we needed help. I watched him clear it off of his handheld while he was standing up by the cashier station. When he didn't make any move to come help us, I pushed the call attendant button again. Again, I watched him clear it off the handheld but he didn't move from his spot by the cashier station. He hadn't been helping anyone up that the cashier station but we continued on like this for about five minutes. After the fifth time I pushed the call attendant button he finally came over and asked what we needed. I said "We have a rain check and need a quantity" he looked me dead in the eye and said "I can't do rain checks or quantities on these, You're going to have to go to a regular register" So after paying for what we had already rang up on the SCO land, we took my rain check and the Arizona teas over to register 10 which still had a long line. We waited about ten more minutes in line then finally got to check out our teas. Unless you know exactly what you need and don't think you'll need any assistance I don't recommend shopping at this location.
