I was involved in a car accident and my insurance recommended me to see them. They never gave me an estimate on the damage to my car and they kept saying “their secretary isn’t here.” don’t waste your time on these guys.

Definitely do not recommend, would give no stars if it would let me. took it in to get a crack fixed in the paint and they caused nearly $840 worth of damage to my 2020 Jeep. Won’t even pick up the phone when I call. Take your business elsewhere definitely not worth it.**EDIT***quote is done by brushes collision repair shop, I trust them and know they do amazing work*Kapple body shop in belpre caused this much damage to my Jeep ? all they were suppose to do was fix a crack on the paint. ??They broke my fender, used the wrong paint, (my white has a cool “blue” undertone, they used a white with yellow undertones so it looks yellow and doesn’t match) they didn’t wash the Jeep before painting so there’s bumps and bubbles. Not to mention there’s paint dust all over my daughters car seat. All I wanted was a crack fixed on the paint. They won’t even answer the phone.Real  professional. Smh.Service: Painting
